Thank-you for taking the time to send us your feedback regarding your most recent visit at the Mount-Royal hotel.
I was very pleased to read that you’ve enjoyed yourself while you were with us. I will personally pass on your comments to my night auditor, it will make her day. I was also glad to see that you took advantage of our jacuzzi and sauna, nothing better than a soak after a hard day on the hill. You know what they say, location, location, location!

Thank-you for taking the time to send us your comments regarding your most recent stay at the Mount-Royal hotel.
I have to agree with you, our location is fantastic, the ski bus stops right behind our hotel and we are seconds away from all the shops and restaurants. You will be happy to know that we are changing our wireless system very soon, which means faster and better connection. I’m glad that you think our beds are comfortable. We recently changed all the mattresses in all of our rooms.

I have to agree with you, the view from most of our rooms is fabulous. You will happy to know that our wireless system will be upgraded in the near future, it will be more reliable. Our rooms are pretty much standard size for Banff. We do have larger suites of course. I do apologize about the noise from outside the hotel, Banff is a very busy town every week-end.
