Thank you so much for your lovely review. It would indeed be good to have an exercise room.
We do have an arrangement with the NRG facility - fitness and pools etc. .. which is located less than half a mile from us.. within walking distance. We are located just under 1 mile from the city centre and we have a freephone at reception for taxis and the number 7 bus stops right accross from the hotel. Thanks for the lovely review and we do hope that you will be back again soon...

Thanks a million for the great review and for the encouragement to sort out the heating issues.
We have installed new systems and it has needed some tweaking. That with the changeable weather may have resulted in too much heat. Thankfully we have now addressed that.
We are so pleased that your overall experience of the hotel, the food and the staff is so positive and we really appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for the great review. You touched on a couple of points which we are delighted about.
We have just luaunched a new restaurant menu which is going down really well and in particular our bar menu for example is 80% gluten free which is going down so well with everyone .. not just people with alergies. We are coeliac friendly and adhere to strict procedures in the preparation of food.... We hope to see you again in 2012.
