Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback.
I apologise sincerely that you found it difficult to find parking when you arrived to us and that you were waiting some time to check -in at reception. I wish to assure you that this is certainly not the usual experience of our guests.
We are pleased that many other aspects of your stay were to your satisfaction and the overall you enjoyed your stay.
We have addressed your feedback with all the Team here and in particular our Front Office Team.
We hope that you will consider returning to us again in the future as we would be grateful of the opportunity of demonstrating our very high standard of service throughout the hotel, including at reception.
