Merci beaucoup for staying with us and for sharing your thoughts about your stay. I do regret to read that we could not meet your expectations.
The Hotel Helmhaus Zürich is a small boutique hotel, located in an old and historic building, dating back to the 1350’s. With this we are bound to tight restrictions if it comes to constructural and renovation works. All our facilities, i.e. rooms, lobby, lift are adapted to the size and the boutique style of the hotel. We are continually improving the hotel’s facilities: the wooden floor in the rooms has been replaced just a few years ago, for comfort and hygienic reasons. The kitchen and breakfast restaurant was modernized in 2011. The bathrooms on the 4th and 5th floor were renovated in 2010, and the ones on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor are being refurbished right now and completed end of February 2012. The rooms are completely furnished with high quality design furniture as for example chairs and sofas are original Flexform pieces (flexform.it). But of course it is a matter of taste. For this reason we welcome all guests to check our virtual tour on our hotel's homepage (helmhaus.ch) before making a booking. We are using high quality products in our bathrooms and also for our Swiss Breakfast buffet to underline the Swiss hospitality and quality we want to treat our guests with. All products are Swiss, high quality and fresh, partially from organic farmers and local farms. Many of our guests appreciate the friendliness and service of our hotel staff which also shows in the high ranking on several internet sites.
We hope to welcome you again at the Helmhaus hotel in the near future and to demonstrate you our dedicated and individual first class service and procuct.
