Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Can you please notify me of the room that you stayed in so that I can personally have my Chief Engineer fix the seal around the shower door to stop future leaking of water onto the bathroom floor.

I am disappointed that the housekeeping of your room on the second day has not met our usual standard. This is not acceptable and I have passed on your comments to my Executive Housekeeper to follow up with her team and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. All of the rates that we offer at the hotel are based on 2 people in the room and additional charges do apply for a third person over the age of 12 and I am sorry if this did not meet your expectations.
