Dear Unitas friends. I am not a big letter writer nor talented poet but I do read all the comments and I feel a great pride for what has been achieved here and for all my people who are behind it. So I thank you for your views and observations with just one exception - I stand for my people because I know they are not that bad, I have been working with them for same very reasonable time and especially the lady at the reception who was chosen as the target of your complaint, Katherine, is one of the most experienced with very nice attitude to everybody in front of the desk. Maybe if you remeber exactly what happened there with your payments and credit cards your reclamation wouldn´t be as brisk as you put it. But as my hotel trade teacher many years ago told me at the entrance of a hotel I was about to entre for the first time - the guest is always right, so it is as you think it was and I hope you´ll not loose the love for the Unitas even in the future.
