We are happy that you like Diana-Oasis and are particularly pleased, that our efforts to keep our staff motivated and friendly, are being noticed. We agree, Thailand is far from the "Land of Smiles" these days and we must also say, that it is people like you and many others of our regular friends & guests, who play a big role in keeping our staff happy and positive. We really feel like a big family mostly, with the ups & downs of any big family.
We have stepped up regular bleaching of the bathroom tiles and also moved our towel storage to a better ventilated area. We thank you for drawing our attention to this "tropical" problem :-)...
