Thank you for your valuable feedback on your last stay with us and please take my apologies that you were not satisfied with some of our services.
I would share your comments with the department concern in regards to the towel that was not replaced and the noise disturbance which occurred at night time. Your information is highly appreciated so we could review and improve our service standard accordingly.
Moreover, we also would like to apologize that our Front Office has failed to provide you with the up to date on-going promotions, however, please rest assured that we would ensure to obtain maximal internal apprehension of different activities taking place at our hotel.

I have taken notes of your comments in regards to the design of our shower, the shape of our Reception area and your impression of our lobby which were chosen to accord with the entire concept of our hotel which is a pop art raw industrial style, nevertheless, we appreciate your comments.

I was happy to hear that you have enjoyed our Spa and swimming pool. Moreover, the fact that we are adjacent to Central Park Mall and close location to the other two shopping centers in the area have benefited most of our guests especially family travelers.
In regards to our bathroom, the style has been chosen to accord with the overall concept of interior design which is a pop art “raw industrial”, and to accommodate our guests who do not feel commodious with it, we have showers that are already covered.
