I am very please to hear that Hotel Ciputra Jakarta is your preferred choice of accommodation whilst in Jakarta. We apologize that our current renovation of the Gallery Restaurant is not completed yet and temporarily Breakfast is served in our lobby. We do know that this is not the ideal arrangement and ask our guests for there understanding whilst it gets completed. Once open you will not recognize the outlet as it really is being "Transformed" with direct access to Mall Ciputra from the restaurant as well as 2 new private dining rooms and 2 new state of the art meeting rooms with all what our clients require when having an event at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta.

Thank you for your recent stay at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta as well as your comprehensive review not only of the hotel property but also Jakarta and our attached shopping mall. Your comments are all noted and well received and we will strive to do much better. it is important for us to receive criticism to enable us to improve ourselves. We do apologize that we have closed for refurbishment our first floor of the hotel which housed the hotel's main restaurant as well as the business centre. Unfortunately for us to improve our facilities for our guests there may be inconvenience, we try to inform our guests of this inconvenience and we have posted this information on our web booking page. I would also like to clarify that Hotel Ciputra Jakarta does have complimentary wifi in our guest rooms, Grand Deluxe Rooms on the 8th floor as well as 16 & 17th Floor, Executive Floor rooms have this facility, wifi is also available in our Marble Court Lobby Lounge as well as Pulau Bar & Restaurant on the 7th Floor all complimentary. With the closure of the main restaurant due to refurbishment, Pulau Bar and Restaurant on the 7th floor may have been a more suitable alternative than dining in the Mall Ciputra.
