Dear Guest, We very much regret we could not meet your expectations and apologize for the inconveniences you might have experienced with the wi-fi service. Please take for granted we are taking actions to avoid this problems and to exceed our guests expectations. We are working on a way to get a better signal for the internet. But let me tell you that we also have an internet center where our guests can use a computer with a fast internet connection.
