Returning customers are the greatest feedback of all so it was a pleasure having you at Atlas again.
When people arriving at the hotel in "holiday mode" it's great for me and the staff because it's such a pleasure to give service to people that really wants to have fun and a great time.

It's always fun for me and the staff when we have guests that have the time to sit down and have a chat and always have a smile on their face.

When we get reviews with so many positives it makes me really proud of Atlas and of course our lovely staff.
We are very happy when guests have the time to sit in the bar or coffee shop to relax a bit and it also gives us a chance to talk with our guests in a relaxed way.
