Thank you for your time to write some constructive comments regarding our property and our services.
You are completely right about the hotel´s responsibility in offering an excellent service in order to keep up with its image and reputation.
We seek constantly to improve our services and invest very much in trainings.
Looking into all the situations you have described, we are already taking some measures, such as hiring extra staff to better attend the pool area.
I hope to have the opportunity to meet you on the next time you visit Unique.

We have been updating and improving our Internet server and we now offer two free Internet accesses to each of our guests. Technology is one of our priorities and we seek to always keep up to its evolution.
