The friendliness of your staff is a quality that we are very proud of and surely this is one of our biggest differentials.
I read your comment regarding the sambódromo tickets.
I can assure you that the hotel does not charge any fee for this kind of service.
If you have the time, I would like to hear more about this experience so I can check closely what happened in this case.

We now have wireless internet in all of our rooms too; one more service with the purpose of making our guest’s experience more comfortable!
