I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction of our hotel. I would like to thank you as you mentioned you have stayed here a few times in the past. While the hotel is tucked into a residential area which most guests appreciate as it reduces the noise, the property was built as a hotel. I am glad you did apprecaite teh cleanliness and size of the rooms. In terms of our location, we are located in one of L.A's most expensive real estate markets just steps from Beverly Hills. All of our room have been remodeled with flat screen T.V.'s, new mattreses and new linens. While we are always looking to new ways to please our guests and we have added many things to our breakfast including eggs, vegetables, a variety of cheeses, bagels, hot and cold cereals. I see you stayed back in Decemeber of 2011 while you did not post your review until February of 2012.
