Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback about your recent stay with us. It was unfortunate to hear that our unique décor did not satisfy your expectations. We have received your valuable comments in the spirit intended and sincerely appreciate your most candid feedback.

It was truly disappointing to learn about the hot water issues that occurred through your stay with us. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our guests’ experience is seamless and we clearly did not achieve this with you.

It came with great dismay to learn the electronics in the room were not functioning correctly. Rest assured that this is not indicative of our standards and I have shared your feedback with my Director of Engineering to prevent further guest dissatisfaction. I have also talked with my Front Office Manager, stressing the importance for our Front Desk Team to follow up on all guests’ requests within a 15 minute time frame.

There are no ice machines on the floors; however our Housekeeping Department will send the ice up for you per your request, so there is no need to walk with the ice bucket. With regards to our open bathrooms, the hotel is currently in the process of installing privacy shades for our guests, should they choose not to utilize this feature in the room.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced and forgive us for our shortcomings I hope these incidents have not marred your overall impression of Viceroy Miami.

Thank you for taking the time to give your generous feedback about your recent stay with us .We were truly delighted that we succeeded in providing you with an outstanding experience through our tastefully appointed décor in our spacious rooms.

It was unfortunate to hear that the décor of our swimming pool did not satisfy your expectations. We have received your valuable comments in the spirit intended and sincerely appreciate your most candid feedback.

I was truly disappointed to learn that our staff did not exceed your expectations with regard to providing exceptional service. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our guests’ experience is seamless and we clearly did not achieve this with you. With regards to the vegetarian restaurants you requested, our concierges have prepared a new booklet with amazing vegetarian restaurants within a 25mile radius of the hotel to avoid any further mishaps for the future.

Eos restaurant bar is open every day from 5:30pm until 12am, with happy hour Monday thru Friday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Club 50 is open from Thursday thru Saturday starting at 10pm until 5am.

All of our amenities are located on the 15th floor of the hotel, with the exception of Club50 that is located on our 50th floor. On the 15th floor there are two restaurants, Eos & Café Icon. Additionally at the very end of our long infinity pool, you will find the entrance to our astonishing spa and amazing fitness center. I do hope that you will take advantage of our complimentary sauna services at the spa when you return once again.
