Thank you for leaving us a review. I am truly sorry that your stay was not as enjoyable as it should have been and that your Club Carlson status was not better acknowledged upon arrival. I am addressing each of your comments with our team and hope that we are given the opportunity to recoup your confidence in us in the near future. On a happier note, I am glad that you enjoyed the location and lobby areas; I believe that the "Naturally Cool" room design will be more to your taste for your next visit. Thanks again for the review; I hope we see you back at the hotel again soon!
