A very good water park, with good structure, well clean, in Caldas Novas only loses to the Hot Park. It is worth going with the family, especially with young children.

Very nice park and with lots of toy for all tastes. Varied prices to eat, a very tasty pastel and fair price, very good tea.
Some negative points: we went in the high season and was very crowded, ran for everything wasted a lot of time in the line to get to go to the toys, felt a lack of saving lives, there are few for the size of the park and the amount of people. Another thing q didn't like would be the children's pools, they are pretty cold, cold wave pool. I could improve this part, because new Caldas we will be thermal water, even more for children.

I thought it was bad. All very crowded, swimming pools with blurred waters, little green space. The toys are interesting, but the connection of the place makes the visit impossible. It's not worth paying the entrance. Either you stay at the hotel and get the entrance or attend the lecture. 130 reais is not worth what you deliver. It is much more worth going to the hot park, which is beautiful, with crystal clear pools and little difference in the entrance price.

Half of the pools were cold, during the high season and in the winter! A break with the vacationer in the "best park of Caldas Novas". We've been very cold over there.
It was so crowded you needed to compete in pools. According to the treasurer, there was no limit of space in the park.
My daughter was only in 1 tobowater and did not want to face long queues anymore.
The river was crowded, there was no official regulating the entrance and exit of the crowd. I saw a boy girl knock her head on a false cement trunk that was advancing the edges of the river.
The wave pool was weak, neither did my children like it.
The bathroom behind the beach bar looked dirty, with old taps that didn't close completely, broken hooks to hang clothes.
The prepaid system for food and beverages I found exploratory. With the exception of live money, if you don't consume everything you supply on the card, you leave the rest to the park. This discourages eating lunch at the self-service in balance, you get worried about wanting to supply more to consume the exact one.
My kids didn't like the park, we didn't eat anything and we left at lunchtime. It gave me the Impression that the financial profit to the park was more important than offering quality and well-being to the customer. It looked like Ramos' swimming pool. I'll never come back.

Excellent structure, great watershed. One day is short to enjoy everything. But the place is extremely full of people. Get ready for long queues. Not only for toys, but for food orders as well. Besides the price of garimpo, an absurd delay in attendance. It took me over an hour to get a simple cheese pastel after I paid. The people who work there remind me of those lazy ones from the Zootopia movie. Besides the production system being of a logic of more than 30 years ago. It is worth a study of Lean and Restrictions Theory to streamline park processes. And with the pressure of slow processes and crowds the line staff of always is always in the run and broke my card in a mometo of care. Exactly what was with my credits. But having patience is an excellent choice of fun for the family.

In my opinion, it is the best water park in Caldas Novas. Even better than the Hot Park in Rio Quente.
It has attractions for all tastes. My husband can't get into the hot park tubs pq he's too big and one of my kids is too small. At Di Roma, we all managed to get into the slopes of one of the sections. It has a huge variety of pools, all warm.
The children's toy pool is warm, which is a differential, as in the other parks it tends to be cold. It has some very radical waters, and some quieter ones. The wave pool is warm and the slow River too. The distances between the toys are not as big as in Hot Park. It has several pools with wet bar. The self service was for 69 kg and they gave dessert ice cream and coffee tuna available. It has muuuuitas tables available in the rooms. The variety of pools available is great. My family and I had a lot of fun, it was a spectacular day.

We were at DiRoma Acqua Park and Splash this year. In general, the use of jewelry, chains, bracelets, glasses and electronic appliances is not allowed on toboggans, which is common in any water park. Taking my 9-year-old son to the Volcano toboggan, I went through unnecessary embarrassment. I was banned by the employee, who did not ask me if I would go down or just accompany my son, for being wearing a hat, glasses and chain.
Not enough, in the slider next to the covered bar, I removed all accessories, except the cap, which for me is practically a bath accessory, used both to protect my baldness from the sun and for aesthetic reasons (I don't feel well without it). On the access staircase there was a sign indicating removing the cap, not specifically a cap ban, so I thought it was just taking and holding down. However, the employee said he could not go down with the cap in hand for safety reasons, claiming he could fall and cause an accident by rescuing him in the pool. I asked why someone else in front of me had come down holding slippers in their hands, but I didn't. What is the logic if they were compatible objects? He said the plate didn't ban slippers.
I don't know if employees are poorly trained or lack autonomy to be flexible. Even because it was perfectly possible I went down and checked if I was holding the cap in hand before letting someone else go down. After all, it was a straight-line slider, not a higher toboggan, with several turns and usually closed, and I had already faced a huge queue. I argued that it was embarrassing for me to stay without the cap, which I also use for aesthetic reasons. He insisted that it was a rule and that the ban was on the plates scattered throughout the park. I replied that I had read the plate, but did not seem a clear prohibition to me when describing to remove the cap, only necessary to remove from the head and hold with one of the hands. There was even a sign near the employee for him to explain exactly where the ban was.
