Very disappointing . Not worth taking the time and effort to visit . They advertise Tours, tasting sessions, museum , shop and cafe.
1/ There was no tour on offer
2/ Tasting season is charged at £8.00
If they offered a small sample of the cider that were of interest I definitely would have bought some bottles . I certainly would not and did not pay £8 for his privilege so they missed out on two sales from me and my friend .
3/ Museum was closed.
4/ The shop is over priced and not that special.
5/ The staff in the cafe are not attentive. We sat for a good 15 mins. and did not get served. Eventually we went up to the counter to place our order to be told to go back to our table and they would come to us after 10 more minutes of waiting we gave up and left So they missed out on providing 4 lunches maybe they don’t need the business!!! We certainly got that impression
The overall the visit was a waste of time
and will not be recommending it to our friends and family

We ordered hot food which was very nice but the scones were very poor. They were small and sponge like. The jam was week and runny but the cream was good. The young waitress was surly and hardly spoke to us. The prices were extortionate and unfortunately we will not be visiting again.

We were recommended a visit by a local shop and were totally unprepared for what faced us. The trouble that has gone into making the shop and cafe so interesting makes a visit so worthwhile. The range of ciders that can be bought is fascinating and we were given very good advice in terms of what to buy. The lady in question was very helpful and clearly knows her ciders. We came late in the day but if we are ever in the area again it would be high on our list of what to visit. Hopefully the museum will be open then as well.

I last visited this place 38 yrs ago it's changed a lot but the service and people are amazing. Plus the cider is out of this world was brought up on scrumpy a lot darker and cloudy back then. But the flavors brought back some fantastic memories for me. It was my mum and dads favorite place to visit. My dad's old Morris van was always full when we left. To the point the back axle broke on way home. The new to me gift shop was full of very interesting pieces and had to buy a few keep sakes. It was a week ago this Sunday we went so staff was short being a Sunday. The Lady who served us was very welcoming so sorry have forgotten her name? Think she Danish. She even went the extra mile and brought out to chocolate sweets for myself and my brother. Aka Welch Jon. She said you couldn't buy them in England so was a very special touch. Like to think we made a good impression. Toilet and food available we had the apple cider sausage rolls very nice. The wych wood camp site we was staying at even went back for us to buy more cider and the lady remembed who we where. Again a nice touch of your in Somerset please visit and say English John and the Welch Jon send their regards. Cider one of your five a day .

We came here for lunch and to grab some ciders. Food was fantastic and we have two very fussy children and there were things on there that they both liked. Food was very good- lots of choice and reasonably priced. The shop here is lovely loads of cider to choose from and food. The food here in the shop like cheese etc is expensive however. Overall, worth a visit.

Quite hard to find as Sat nav instructions not great.
Situated in a small village down a lane
Quaint farm buildings with cafe and cider shop.
Lots of different ciders with different options
I purchased 2 litres of a draught semi sweet for £8.00
It's OK but would probably spend more if I didn't have the wife with me...lol.

What a lovely place to visit. Smashing shop, friendly staff, relaxed cafe. Lots of info about company, and it's history. Two ladies in the shop especially nice.

Lots to see,
Great history of the cider farm.
Loved the shop. So much on offer fresh fruit, jams, chutneys,
And…. Home made Cider of course.
Little taster had us buying half a gallon.
Got some smashing jams and marmalade.
They have gifts as well at reasonable prices.
Walked over to the orchards as well.
If you are in Somerset on holiday please go.
The lady behind the counter was fantastic.
Customerservice out of this world.

If you enjoy cider then Perry's is well worth a visit.
I used to visit in the early 1970s and the visitor experience has changed a bit. I went there and had a flagon filled with their cheapest cider and loved it!
Now it is more refined and much more visitor conscious but still a great visit for anyone passing nearby.
The cafe is open most of the day (check the website) and cider and Pizza in the orchard is well worth making time for.

Able to sample a range of ciders with knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately both the museum and cafe were closed. We did have delicious sausage rolls and browines sitting outside.

Hi, I’m mobility disabled, and had no issues. Most of it is outside.
Saying that, I’m not a wheelchair user though (if you are, I don’t think their small museum is accessible - mainly as it’s rather narrow - but the shop and garden definitely are!)

Dogs are allowed in the grounds, but not in shop or cafe. However the cafe has plenty of outside seating where you can sit with your dogs and tables are good distance apart so if other dogs are there, no problems !
