Firstly, my apologies for the recent 2 * review I wrote which was intended for the cafe and not the pine shop, I have now deleted this from your reviews and added a new listing (hopefully) for the cafe. I hope other people follow suit. and delete their poor ratings for your business and move them accordingly. Always a lovely experience at the pine shop with so many treasures!

People are using this page to post reviews on the tea and coffee shop which is on the same site but operated by different people. Kerri's Pine warehouse is fantastic and we have bought many things from there over the years. Service has always been good. A wonderful emporium of gifts to browse. the tea shop has recently changed hands and seems to have some teething problems. It would be great if Trip Advisor could create a separate listing for them.

Used this cafe for years. My friend and I decided to give the new owners a try out. On the plus side they serve very yummy Lavazzo coffee and my daughter said the sausage roll was so good we took another one home. Also an amazing choice of no less than 4 gluten free cakes and not one of them was a chocolate brownie!! So we took a slice of that home too.
Sadly though scones however were 1/2 the size they were previously. Tea not great either. The advacardo and courgette cake was same texture flavour or cinnamon as carrot cake also filling needs to go right to the edge.
Staff generally ok but one of the younger staff members didn't really seem to know what she was doing. Needs more training.
Also note not the lunch choice as previously just drink and cakes but expect that will come with time.

Hello nurseclair, thank you for taking time to review The station cafe Reepham. George and Lily have been working hard to get the cafe up and running which has also coincided with the busiest time of the year so they are still getting used to it all. I will pass the message on to them.

Arrived at 1:30 pm after a walk to find no food even though they gave us a menu. Nothing ... no sandwiches etc. Managed to get a couple of sausage rolls and a bag of crisps.
Very disappointed, have been before, but I think they’ve changed hands.

The shop is getting smaller and smaller, with a lot more focus on pine and less on gifts. Miss the Christmas section of past and the hat/gift boxes across the road.
They still have a lot of gifts, which are really nice, but everything is seems so higher priced. I remember coming here and you could get some beautiful things, as lower prices.
There also used to be a really nice jewellery shop, in the small building next to the coffee shop, miss that.

Wow. What does on 3 walking groups and a man in lycra cycling group all turning up on the same day? Very high, our walking group walks Tuesdays, the Aylsham group also walks Tuesdays although the walkers Gary their starting locations every week. It's just the men in lycra that are there every tuesday.
But what service from the 3 lovely ladies who cook and serve. Everything is freshly cooked and very very tasty.
Also don't be put off by the roadworks or the work going on building the retirement home, the car park is still open on-site and there is no shortage of room.
Thank you ladies once again.

They have not changed a bit. Cheerful service. All homemade food. Real quiche with salad and crusty bread

I had already ordered and paid £15 by contactless debit card for a pot of tea, two cakes, a sausage roll and a pasty. When no pasty arrived, I queried this and was shown my order. There was obviously a misunderstanding as no pasty listed (NO apology!). I re-ordered the pasty but when I went to pay via card again as I had no cash, I was told they didn't accept card transactions of less than £5... Despite my spending £15 earlier! There was no sign displayed to explain this. There was no offer of deleting the previous transaction and making everything right, seeing as it was their error over the order in the first place.
Unacceptable customer service and attitude for overpriced food in very average surroundings.
The only plus point was that extra hot water was provided with the pot of tea!
We will not be returning.

This place is lovely. You can go for a lovely walk and return for a lovely lunch. There isn't much choice of sandwiches but lots of tasty cakes. Also the scones are delicious! It is such a quaint little cafe with friendly staff and a lovely warm open fire. Lovely coffee and while you wait you can look round at the little treats that are perfect for gifts. Opposite the shop is my absolute favourite little shop. It's a pine shop and so much more. It has lovely gifts and decorations for Christmas. It's absolutely wonderful!
