Excellent service and very clean especially during corona and the therapist was very gentle and understand exactly what I wanted during my massage!

This was my first time trying a day spa because I usually go to hotel spas. It was by far the most professional and cleanest service i have ever experienced. The Thai massage felt so authentic because it used a special Thai mattress. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick spa getaway.

Excellent facilities, an oasis of tranquility inside the hustle and bustle of Cairo Festival City. Super Clean. All the therapists were Asian. The float therapy was the first time for me and it was super relaxing. Their prices were also very good compared to other spas in hotels in Cairo

The experience at NEV SPA has NOT matched my expectations , massage was not as described neither what I asked for and definitely took less time than agreed on , the facial was below mediocre and the lady even left my face with an irritated pimple due to her harsh hands as she was trying to pop it which she couldn't because it was a small pimple , after the facial my face never felt any sort of refreshment , If I just wash my face at home with my Vichy wash it would have been more cleared than this unprofessional harmful facial I had at NEV
