Where to shop for jewelry and time pieces

My first time in Aruba, many many years ago I was introduced to Time Square having heard how wonderful the staff is.
And THEY ARE!
If you own a business where customer service reigns supreme, go, listen and learn!
If you work in a service industry and want to see how service should be, go! If you want to witness how TS gets it right, go…interact with the staff and watch them in action, you won’t want to leave.
People buy from people they like and that is why we ALWAYS shop with Ronnie and his fabulous staff members.

Walked by Times Square and went in to simply browse for a watch and met Ronnie. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and provides amazing customer service. He has some incredible pieces of jewelry and knows how to piece them together to make a timeless set. My wife and I were completely blown away. Ronnie - you’re awesome and we can’t wait to come back and visit. I strongly recommend you visiting Times Square - you won’t be disappointed.

This was our third time going to time square and dealing with Ronnie. The guy is amazing. He remembers everything about you no matter how long it has been since you have been to see him. Equally amazing to Ronnie is the quality of the jewelry he sells. From one of a kind to everyday. We made two different purchases on two different days this trip and got exactly what we wanted for less than I was thinking. To me customer service is key and this place gets it right. Ronnie has a knack for Packaging deals for you so you end up spending less and getting more. Ronnie and time square get 10s across the board in every category.

Time Square Aruba is the best fine jewelry store in Aruba. They have an amazing selection of jewelry and watches. Ronnie and his staff will treat you like family whether it's your first visit or fifteenth. Their diamonds just sparkle a little extra than most.
I recently purchased a beautiful tennis bracelet and broke the clasp (my fault). I contacted Ronnie and he handled the repair expeditiously and worry-free for me. He is a kind and trustworthy man with impeccable taste. He will help guide you to make a decision you won't regret. That is why l am a repeat customer.
Make a visit to Time Square Aruba and you will become a repeat customer too!
It's not just a jewelry store... It’s an experience.

Victor was amazing! No pressure, patience and really listened to what I truly was looking for and he made it happen. After my dream bracelet, we moved onto mens watches. We purchased 2 watches from him. One for my husband and another for our son who was housesitting back in the states. Our son was so impressed with his new watch and was shocked by the gesture. They were/are truly beautiful! Thank you, Victor, for showing my husband some beautiful time pieces. He also kept his word and emailed the appraisal for our insurance for my bracelet. He offered us drinks while we were shopping and truly focuses on your needs. We went to him because my aunt only uses him for herself. So I knew we were in excellent hands. Fair prices, beautiful pieces of jewelry, lots of laughs! Thank you for making it even more memorable! See you in 2024!

Where does one begin when there are so many positive experiences? We will simply start at the beginning. Me, my wife and our best friends were met by Ronnie (owner) on Wednesday afternoon after a snorkeling cruise as we wandered in looking for watches and bracelets for men. He greeted us like kings and queens even though we were dressed for the beach. He and his staff gave us ample space to walk around their showroom and we chatted about different watches. He definitely knows a lot about watches!

After looking and chatting; I wasn’t really seeing what I wanted but he asked if the girls were interested in seeing a new line of beautiful jewelry line called Doves by Doran Paloma. There were two stunning lines and he spoke for a few minutes and showed the ladies each line. He then offers me and my buddy some beers and Prosecco for the ladies and shows about 10 pieces and continues to talk about the jewelry maker and the line.

My friends wife choose a gorgeous ring with gold and diamonds. My wife choose a white gold and diamonds ring as well as matching earrings. They both were the most stunning blue jewels we had ever seen. Ronnie gave us the “slow afternoon” deal and threw in some great bags as well as a special gift for the ladies. He also gave us men each a gift as part of the deal! That was above and beyond!

Thursday the ladies returned to get the rings fitted and my wife’s still needed some adjustment. Ronnie graciously drove them back to our time share.

Friday night we went back to get the rings and he and his staff again greeted us, this time is was like visiting a dear old friend. We had some more drinks and talked to him. It just so happens that they were launching a new watch brand Tsar Bomba and wouldn’t you know it was exactly what I’d been looking for. Although not a high end watch, he still gave me a fair deal and we all left so incredibly happy

He’s a great charming humble man and his team is 100% polite, professional and accommodating. If you are looking for a great experience in buying or just learning about jewelery and watches; we will recommend his store highly and guarantee you will leave there satisfied.
