매우 아름다운 해변. 우리는 7마일 거리에 있는 퍼블릭 비치(Public Beach)에 갔는데 그 아름다움은 실망스럽지 않았습니다. 물은 수정처럼 맑고 잔잔하며 모래는 아름답습니다. 주변에는 활동량이 많은 배구 네트가 있습니다. 해변을 따라 그늘이 많지는 않지만 그곳에서 편안한 해변 하루를 보내기에 좋은 곳입니다.

섬 전체에서 가장 아름다운 해변이자 지금까지 방문한 해변 중 제가 가장 좋아하는 해변 중 하나입니다. 매우 깨끗하고 물이 맑습니다. 여기가 정말 마음에 들었어요. 그리고 일몰 풍경이 정말 멋지죠?

Beautiful beach and water made for a relaxing day

A very beautiful beach. We went to Public Beach on 7 mile and it did not disappoint with its beauty. The water is crystal clear and calm and the sand is gorgeous. There are volleyball nets with a lot of activity around them. There isn't much shade along the beach but a nice place to have a relaxing beach day there.

The most beautiful beach in the entire Island and one of my favorite beaches I've visited so far. Super clean and water is cristal clear. Absolutely loved it here. And sunset view is amazing 😍

Honestly, I wasn’t too impressed; however, it could have been the area we visited or the fact that a storm had recently gone through so things were disrupted.

The beach has plenty of area for picnics and other things to do.

We visited the public beach area near the Kimpton Hotel

The water was pleasantly nice and warm.

No matter where you stay in the Cayman Islands, Seven Mile Beach MUST be part of your visit. We stayed about 5 minutes away and we were unsure how to access the beach. However you can park for free on the street and there are multiple public paths you can walk down to access the beach. We parked, walked down the path, and eventually swam in front of the Westin Hotel. The water was PERFECT and I was able to FLOAT EFFORTLESSLY for the first time in my life. I later discovered the salt content is very high in the Caymans, which led to my enhanced buoyancy. There was not much to eat on the beach with the exception of the hotel restaurants, so plan accordingly. Also. . . BE SURE TO PACK BUG SPRAY. The mosquitos in the Caymans are extremely active in the summer months, especially at dusk. It was almost unbearable. Prepare accordingly and you will be fine.

Can't miss! Should be the number one item on your to-do list while there. Clearest water ever! More pristine sand toward the center where the resorts are. You will take a ton of photos and even see fish swimming around your legs.

Expensive but worth the money

Seven Mile Beach is a combination of luxurious boutique hotels resorts and residences, coupled with some mid- level hotels, timeshare properties and restaurants. Avoid the Marriott Grand Cayman until it’s renovation is complete. The remainder of the properties along this corridor possess varying degrees of luxury so caveat emptor. You do get exactly what you’ve paid for. If you’re trying to stay on the low end money wise-go elsewhere. Cayman itself is very expensive.

Fantastic beach right outside our hotel. Water was 88 degrees and calm crystal clear water and could see the bottom when swimming in 15 feet of depth. Sand was warm but not hot and could walk barefoot. No seashells but broken coral ‘rocks’ in places but could walk right over. A must see on the island.

Incredible Ocean Water and Sand. Amazing. But cruisers beware...

This place is heaven when it comes to the water and sand. Clear, aqua blue waters for as far as the eye can see. The sand is clean, fine, and not hot. There did not seem to be any shells where we were, but the dried (?) coral that washed up was really neat. I'm used to Northern Atlantic beaches. This one was so calm and clear. The water must have a ton of salt because it was so easy to float. Very very enjoyable. The ONLY reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of where we were. The beach we went to was part of a ppackage set up through a Dsney Magic cruise. They had 3 or 4 rows of beach chairs and umbrellas that were shoulder to shoulder. The first row was almost at the water line. Even though there weren't a lot of people there (we were the only cruise ship even there), it made it feel incredibly crowded. The water was great, but if you like to sit in a chair and relax, find a different spot to do it. I don't know exactly how that is done, but if you're on a cruise, make sure that wherever you are getting dropped off is worth it. What I experienced was definitely not what others did on this site, leaving me a bit disappointed that we didn't look into other options and just trusted the cruise line's suggestion/package. Also we paid for 13 chairs and 7 umbrellas and could only find 10 chairs and 5 umbrellas. It was fine because it was so clausterphobic we didn't really stay there anyway, but still... They also only had us there for 3 hours, when the itinerary made it look like it would be more like 5. Misleading.
