Excellent vegetables

We went on Saturday morning. There was a long line when it opened at 10:00, but the line moved fast and we got some great fresh vegetables we ate over the next few days.

We came here on Saturday to get some local produce. Many things that were unfamiliar to us - but they explained everything to us - what it is, how to prepare it etc... Very helpful and very friendly. I always try to buy local when I'm home so I'm definetely going to do that in St Croix if I can.. A must do! Make sure to bring your own bags!

Best Fresh Organic Produce on Island

I love how this places works together as a community-- since the hurricane they have only been open on Saturday--during the week people come out to help them rebuild-- but on Saturday they got power! They had wonderful lettuces, tomatoes, figs, butternut squash, etc. etc. and while the long was long to get in-- everyone took what they needed and left some for the folks at the back of the line-- so STX-- I wish I had this place in Virginia. Cash only-- an island gem.

Farmer's Market

On Wednesday afternoons and on Saturdays ARTfarm is open for a farmer's market. Merchandise is seasonal but the prices are reasonable. Sometimes there is local goat cheese. The papaya I got was the sweetest I have had in a long time. There is a small gallery of local art for sale. It looks a little out of the way on the map, but the road is good and nothing is really that far in St. zCroix.

Wonderful organic vegetables!

ARTfarm is a treasure on St. Croix and everything they grow is organic and really delicious! We rented a house and prepared most of our meals at home, so finding things like heirloom tomatoes, organic basil, and beautiful lettuces made it feel like we were right back in the middle of summer. Oh, and by the way, the people there at the farm are warm and friendly and very accommodating!!!

Best Organic Vegetables Possible

I am on island 3x a year and go to get Lucca's produce the twice a week they are open-- wonderful lettuces, tomatoes, papaya, honey, wonderful everything! He even took some scissors and picked his last remaining mint leaves for my husband's mojitos when he heard how desperate he was for one and the "island" was out of mint. Ha! Outstanding produce-- delightful staff--wish they were in my home town in VA.

Every time we visit STX I have to stop by on Wednesday to get my homegrown tomatoes! Spectacular. They are only open on Wednesdays from 3-6 but you better come early because they sell out of most produce by 4:30. Great stuff!!
