On Saturday i was visited with my family to Imagica in my EV car and wants to charge my car in the MG motors charging point but not able to do even though i downloaded app and transferred Rs.500 in my wallet and no one is there to help what to do next so called the no.mentioned on the machine but from there i got another no. in that also i haven't received any support as saying that this charger will charge only of MG Motors car and will not charge Tata Motors even though i have argued with customer care but not got positive reply. because of that i wasted my whole night in searching of the another charger of Tata motors which i found 2 but both out of service. so kindly it's my request to MG Motors management to allot knowledgeable people in your customer service so that other can get the correct answer and solution required by the customer.

The Imagica theme park is amazing...First all Thanks to Mr. Ronak Majitiya and Mr. Mayur Kamble, for Their excellent guide to effective usage of park, Mayur treat us as a family member and gave warm welcome. Timely guided us. my family thoroughly enjoyed it.Excellent show as Mr IndiaI for India(Amazing video shown of different places all over India),Nitro and Scream Machine rides was really enjoyable .Overall a great family trip. Paise Vasul….once again thanks to Imagica staffs. Would like to visit again with more family members. All the best..

Overall good experience, but now wow show was terrible waste of time. Rude anchor made to wait 25 minutes in the hall and lacked basic manners. I think they should stop the now wow show, waste of time as other options are so much better

Horrible not worth at all. Highly overpriced and they don’t give any service with the 2000 rs entry charge. The staff is so rude at the entrance. We were stuck in rains with my child and the security staff asked for 100 rs to simply enter the five mins distance where we were stuck. No humanity at all. Take 200 but atleast see the situation. I know people only take advantage of the bad situation and want to earn money now a days. While entering also the staff couldn’t manage the crowd. People are simple pushing each other. The security machine was about to fall. Even if u purchase the ticket online still we have to stand in the queue. The staff simply useless at the entrance. But the staff inside the imagica is good and friendly and atleast showed some humanity. The food is very bad nothing you get for children which is healthy. All pathetic fried food and horrible taste. The so called imitation of madam tussards at the charge of 235 is utter rubbish. Their eyes are like monster one big one small. It was a joke. Good I didn’t see the snow world. It is disastrous. It’s like the local malls in mumbai are much more worth it.

The theme park is amazing...my kid and my family thoroughly enjoyed it.There are indoor rides for senior citizens as well like Mr India (the best among all rides),Alibaba and 40 thieves,Salimgarh(haunted house),I for India(Amazing video shown of different places all over India),The prince of dark waters(movie for kids,enjoyed by adults as well),Box motion theatre(Another 3d movie with amazing light,sound effects),Deep space(Feeling of being in space),Rajasauraus(A bit overcrowded and overrated),The wrath of Gods(Nice concept with light and sound effects).The outdoor rides like Nitro,Tubby,chota bheem,pirates,etc were also good.1 regret is we missed the live parade as we were not aware of the time and were busy enjoying the indoor rides.1 suggestion to the Staff is kindly declare the time of parade at the entrance as by 5.30 the parade was finished and that was the closing time for indoor rides as well.Overall a great family trip.Really badi interesting jagah hai yeh.

I had the best day here...the adrenaline rush was real and had so much fun with my friends.The staff is extremely attentive and courteous and took care of us greatly...thank you for a wonderful experience! We'll come back again!
