I had booked a spa package for me and my daughter, we had an amazing massage and then manicures and pedicures, i had the french manicure which the next day (not even 24 hrs) they had chipped horribly, i called that next day and they said that was normal, even though we had two very nice ladies doing our package and also which we left a very nice tip for each, i wont be going back nor will i recommend the manicure to any of my friends. The lady i had talked to wasn't very accommodating about the condition of my manicure.

I hav even going there for years, pedicures, sometimes manicures. Always happy with friendly professional service, ambience. Hours provide enough flexibility.

A Very Friendly, Relaxing, Affordable Spa Experience.

Had no idea to what to expect as I was visiting from out of town. Spent a very relaxing 3/12 hours at this spa. Lisa was a pro...chatted when I initiated conversation and allowed me silence while I dozed! I had the works...1/2 hour massage, facial, eyebrow wax, pedicure and manicure for a very reasonable fee, all executed by Lisa.

Absolutely love this spa everyone who works here has a beautiful personality and make you feel absolutely welcome and at peace. Extremely relaxing couldn’t ask for a better view while getting your pedicures. Will return again and again!

Urban Oasis has been in Pembroke long enough to have been given a pretty good reputation for pampering its clients-- male and female. There has never been a time that I wasn't treated with the utmost care and personalized service. The ladies are super friendly if you want them to be OR if you prefer solitude they allow you to set the amount of conversation.. I like that. They have a beautiful view in summer and winter of a lovely backyard.. Could use some more flowers and pampering. The Ottawa River is just beyond the trees. They offer you a cool or hot beverage. The spa chairs are comfortable. They are all lined up side by side. If going as a group, get an end that way your not twisting your head left and right to chat with everyone.

Great Spa in Pembroke!

Found this beautiful spa in Pembroke, which is a charming house tucked away on Pembroke Street. Prices are very reasonable (as compared to resort town where I come from), so I took in a package. My aesthetician was Becky and she was amazing. Had a facial, massage, pedicure and waxing (package came with manicure but I didn't want that). If I'm in this wonderful area again, I won't hesitate to book time for myself here because it was awesome!
