Brilliant Staff, great ambiance and decor and TOTALLY STUNNING cocktails. Wish our dinner reservation had been later (although a couple more of their excellent cocktails and we would have stayed all night!!)

If you visit Brighton you HAVE to visit this bar. The staff are great and the cocktails are amazing! Great atmosphere, already can't wait to go back!

Quirky and unique cocktail bar with excellent service and high quality cocktails. Extensive effort has gone into creating an unusual environment - love it. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for - top quality. We’ll be back!

Really lovely cozy spot for drinks, they taste gorgeous and were really unique. The staff were really friendly. :) Nice aesthetics as well loved the decorations!

I enjoy cocktails, make them at home seriously enough to have brought a stand alone ice maker and a rotary evaporator and love going out to a cocktail bar, though as often as not am disappointed and left thinking could have mixed something better at home. I've never been disappointed at the Plotting Parlour, lovely ambiance, brilliant staff and the drinks are always delicious and beautifully balanced. Today took my 85 year old mum for a spontaneous day out to Brighton, decided to round things off with a drink at the Plotting Parlour if we could get in. Rocked up just after 6 without a reservation, they were clearly booked up but managed to squeeze us in, with mum's walker, on the understanding they needed the table back by 7:30. Staff couldn't have been kinder or more considerate and the drinks were sublime. Sufficient for mum to comment, "I can feel my eyes sparkling more than usual", not sure I've ever heard a better recommendation for a cocktail bar :-)

Fantastic little bar in the heart of Brighton - great cocktail menu (proper cocktails not the ones that Wetherspoons serve you) and if there is something you fancy just tell the guys and they’ll make you whatever you wish. Well decorated, comfortable and great guys working the bar - worth a visit.

Found this place by accident as it was near our hotel so thought we would pop in. Well it’s cozy and good for couples nice setting and the staff all polite the cocktails are well made the only negative is the prices . If you want to impress its fine.

Very disappointed. Watery, mean Vesper cocktail, an ok Expresso Martini and a TINY Rusty Nail with an iceberg in it. At £40.00 for the 3 we left feeling ripped off and unlikely to return. Previous visits were amazing, what a shame.
