Great visit made average by staff indifference

Visited to go on the Fforest Coaster (2a dults and 2 children)and was a mixed experience. The Fforest Coaster was excellent and a lot of fun however the experience was spoiled by one of the three runs being spoiled by somebody in front stopping halfway down. In these circumstances the opportunity should be given to have the run again as it is all videoed so the problem can be seen. The staff member this was reported to was indifferent and was not interested.
A shame really as for the cost it spoiled the experience and it is much better than the similar Great Orme Toboggan locally.

Booked the Zip safari 2 for a family of four. Had such a great time. The practice course is really useful to learn the techniques and boost confidence. The main course is really fun with loads of zip lines and other obstacles. You can take easier alternative routes as well at some points which is a great idea. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Family day to be remembered forever

We had a super lucky day with dry weather. The forest coaster was AMAZING!!! I want to go every day. We also did the tree top nets which was super fun too. I wish we could have had an option for a shorter session on those for less money because we had young children who couldn't last too long- it's exhausting! But still it was great. I think the kids will remember it always.
The organisation is really good and the booking online and on the day was very easy. Good customer service and safety too.

Great Fun

We did Treetops midweek, not in half term, so it was relatively quiet and we could take our time doing the elements without worrying someone would catch up with us or that we'd be hurrying anyone else along. It was super fun and exciting without being too scary. The staff were all super nice and the cheesy chips were delicious. Whilst we didn't go on it, the queue for the coaster was incredibly long, so bear that in mind when planning your day out!

Already reviewed the fforest coaster here (fantastic!) and on this trip did the zip safari 2 course on April 29th 3:20pm slot, not sure name of instructor but she was great and the pre-training set you up in a relatively short time for the course. The course itself is amazing with plenty of challenges and also optional routes meaning you can choose the difficulty level in some parts which is a great idea.

What an awesome day - the zip line was amazing. 3 of us went as. 60th birthday treat. I cannot praise the staff enough throughout the whole site. Everyone was very friendly,efficient and reassuring. Everyone engaged with us over and above expectations.

Oh my good I can’t believe how fast this went. I had an awesome time and would do it again next time with the grandkids. Do more than one of the activities. So I was happy with the day was lovely

Good fun but over quickly

We went as a family with two children aged 10 and 8 and they really enjoyed it but its over with quickly considering the price and you have to queue for a while in between goes (three in total). Its obviously aimed more at children so if we went again I would just pay for the kids to do it.

Fantastic day out. Visited with my partner and 6 year old. We pre booked 2 activities online and received a discount for the second activity. Did the Fforest coaster and treetop nets. Both fantastic fun!! Whilst there my son wanted to have a go at the Treetop Hoppers so we booked that as well and also received a discount. Staff were all great and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
