The bowling part was fun, very limited selection of bowl size and they were all a bit battered. But that was fun. Loads of arcade games to temp the kids and I needed to spend a lot more than expected there.
But the real disappointment was the food. We ordered online, only for a staff member to come up to us and say they had a lot of parties in and so it would take 45 minutes. She then advised they do not give refunds! When I objected to this, she went away and came back to reassure us extra staff have been allocated to the kitchen. We got our food 50 minutes later. The food was cold and tasteless and of very very poor quality. Wish we had just gone to the nearby McDonalds.

Absolutely filthy and only one member of staff seemed to want to deal with us. Wrong booking time even though I had my confirmation email, all tables and floor filthy and the man serving us just looked at them like it was normal and we were just to sit at tables with food and liquid all over them

When tenpin bowling with 3 of my friends we had a great time and we had lunch afterwards in the café area the food was delicious

Booked online easily and was informed we should allow 10 mins per bowler per game! Arrived at the venue to be told they needed the lane back by 4.15pm (which wouldn’t
have left the recommended time) I wasn’t happy at them already wanting us out before we had even started.
Seating at the lanes is very small leaving 2 people standing the full time.
Bumpers had to either be up the full game or down the full game which is rubbish.
I doubt we would go back in a hurry, we will stick to Hollywood bowl from now on.

Facilities are very good, bowling is fun, food is OK but nothing special. The website was having difficulties when we went, so after multiple failed attempts to book we turned up in person. Unfortunately all the best deals were only available to book online, so we paid extra because their website was broken.

First time we have been since it got revamped we were impressed with the changes looked so much better lanes were good and all updated with touch screens and selfie option which was a good laugh only thing would say as we had 2 lanes and the Covid screens r still up it wasn’t the best as u couldn’t talk to the people in other lane I understand this was for safety during Covid but maybe an option of having a few lanes with no screens for family’s or larger groups of people attending
