I went here last week for my friend’s 50th birthday party we all went swimming it was all fun until my friend who is overweight went down the slide as they let her it made me frustrated as there isn’t s weight limit and she cracked the slide. Now my friend has to pay £1430 to fix it this is outrageous and this should not be ok

Website not kept up to date and next to useless for information, flumes open later, try phoning for information you say, call to GP surgery as least goes in a queue not here, just get call back later. Highlight issue with staff who just shrug and say “yeah website not good, times aren’t right but there is a message at bottom of page after the incorrect times”. Changing rooms freezing as is main pool.

I go to the complex for swim every Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday with my go card and have a go on the flumes it’s a brilliant leisure centre I would definitely recommend it

Amazing!!! My son attended krav which is an event held in the sports complex community centre afew months ago and absolutely loved it, he said everybody is very friendly and it tired him right oot and had a bit of peace and quiet🤣definitely recommend ☺️

Went here tonight with my 3 daughters , firstly the pool was closed when we got there at 4pm due to swimming lessons so had to hang about for a good 2 hours as was using public transport and weather wasn’t at its best nothing mentioned on there website as checked before leaving , found the toilets to be dirty the floors also not in the best shape - eventually got into the pool with my 4 year old being very hyper as she eventually got in the pool only to be greeted by a very obnoxious young girl aka so called life guard watching us constantly while circling the pool like a mad woman was not kid friendly at all , made it very uncomfortable for us as she seemed to be fixated on us the way she was circling the baby pool was like something out of a prison rather than a fun play area , have been here a few times and never experienced anything like it - ruined night she seemed to be whispering to another member of staff and laughing at people , not the best for a self conscience person, small area at this part of the pool so it couldn’t really be avoided or ignored -moaned at my girl age 12 for helping her little sister age 4 and continued to be a pest for the duration of the swim - definitely not a good experience and very annoyed at the fact the place seems to be run by kids - no adults in sight very immature girl not sure how she got the job to work around kids with such a bad attitude, also pool was dirty , stuff floating about just disgusting not sure I will put myself through the torchure again , feel like I need a shower in disinfectant - would definitely avoid

This is good value for money with the flumes giving the kids lots of fun and excitement. However some of the staff, mainly two female lifeguards, seemed really against any of the children showings signs of fun or even apprehension about using the flumes.
Both spent most of their time letting out massive yawns with no element of disguise present. One in particular was fixated with her worrying long acrylic nails, maybe not the best look for a lifeguard.
The other showed more positive emotion to her water bottle, which never left her hand, than any of the children that were unfortunate enough to hear her voice.
Out with this the pool is good value and if your kids are over 1 metre they can happily play away on the flumes, well dependent on what staff are on shift.

Went swimming here for the first time, reasonably priced and decent sized changing areas for families.
Pools were quite basic and I don't think very clean as I kept feeling stuff at my feet 🤢
Not enough showers which left a que and not a lot of space in that area with people just diving in the showers when it wasnt really their turn.
It was ok but I cant say I'd hurry back

On our way home from Stirling today we stopped in at Grangemouth Sports Complex, for a cake and coffee and swimming for three people which came in about 13 pounds,the kids really enjoyed the flumes one was dark and fast the other bright and a bit slower both fine for our five year old son and his big brother , the centre looks older but was well staffed and clean so I would return again

Worst experience of the grangemouth Sports complex yet. Pool was dirty managed to do three lengths when something floated in my mouth which wouldnt have happened if they allowed people to wear what ever facial protection they wanted being goggles or full face snorkling mask. Upon looking at the pool further there was various things floating in it. When i went to complain got the cold shoulder so walk out in disgust. Now fell sick and wont be returning to a local swimming pool that ive been going to since i was a child.
