Booked in April for a company Christmas party in December. 4 days before the planned event I had an organizational question for the company and called them, only to be told, oh I would have called you today anyway, the event on Friday unfortunately cannot take place because the hall forgot the reservation. Unfortunately not true, the hall knew nothing about this reservation. An alternative date was agreed and also confirmed in writing because supposedly there was a written confirmation from the hall for the date. DOUBTFUL I called the hall again...again it did not correspond to the facts. I have been planning our company's parties for years, but I have never been so ripped off. We found a replacement organizer because the bus, restaurant etc. (110 km away) were all booked...paid almost double, but it went ahead. The biggest slap in the face, however, was the letter with the requested written cancellation confirmation, which then said that we were being offered a free bubble for 24 people... Guys, you won't manage to do it with an 8-month booking that was paid for, and I will be careful not to book a bus etc. again with that risk. Oh, and one more tip: If you offer a WhatsApp hotline and then you're on vacation: an out-of-office message on the website etc. would actually be helpful, then you don't have to send an annoyed reply days later: I'M ON VACATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
