Avons acheté notre excursion, directement de Martha, qui fut vraiment gentille de nous recevoir, malgré l'heure de fermeture.
Excursion express de 9h-20h!
Le bus est confortable pour faire la route jusqu'à l'aéroport de Gibraltar. Pour Notre groupe de 19 personnes la visite de Gibraltar s'est fait dans une toute petite navette inconfortable, (On est assis tellement bas qu'on ne voit rien de toute la route qui offre des points de vues magnifiques, le pire c'est q'entre les deux séries de sièges , il y a un banc amovible... donc impossible de sortir, tant que le banc n'est pas rabaissé !! On sort plusieurs fois, durant la visite, donc c'est très de s'extirper du bus qui est très bas comme une voiture, On doit en plus attendre que tout le monde rabaissent leurs bancs....ce n'est pas comme un bus où on peut marcher dans l'aller ... !!!
En plus On nous crie de se dépêcher, d'aller plus vite, c'est vraiment frustrant..... on est en Vacances NON!!!
Les Espagnols en général sont expéditifs, je comprends que le tourisme est grand mais c'est aussi votre gagne pain.... nous sommes en Vacances et je ne me suis pas sentie respectée!
Des groupes plus volumineux, partaient eux dans des bus corrects !
La guide Peggy nous a fait sauver du temps dans un traffic monstre, nous avons donc eux 1h heure d'attente, plutôt que 3h, pour la navette. Elle semblait dire que c'était exceptionnelle, comme situation d'achalandage.
Si vous prenez cette compagnie soyez à l'heure... nous sommes arrivés deux minutes avant le départ et ils étaient déjà repartis... on a eu la frousse, mais on les a vue repasser et on a finalement pus faire l'excursion. Si nous étions arrivés en retard, je pourrais comprendre, mais ils devraient être plus flexibles un peu....
Ceci dit belle excursion et superbes choses à voir, mais trop EXPÉDITIVE pour la partie intéressante où on visite le rocher, Les points de vues, les singes et les caves, On a eu à peine 30 mins pour tout faire ça à la course dans un bus où ça prenait une temps fou d'en sortir... et on nous a laissé seuls en ville à nous mêmes pendants 2:30 h de Temps .... chercherez l'erreur !! Une course folle un peu.... dans un vrai bus ça aurait déjà été mieux, pour au moins voir dehors en roulant!
C'est un peu choquant, quand on pense que c'est l'ultime chance de visiter une fois sur place, car on ne sait jamais si on y retournera un jour... On fait confiance à une compagnie pour nous prendre en charge et bien faire les choses.... mais ils ont tellement de tourisme ......
La visite de Michael's Cave n'est pas comprise dans leurs prix, 10€ par personne.
PS: La visite n'est pas faite pour des gens à motricité réduite du tout, nous en avions une dans notre groupe et je crois que se fut difficile !

Muchas gracias por escribir la nota, ciertamente Gibraltar es un destino popular y hay veces que hay muchos minibuses para la visita de la roca .Las cola en la frontera hace mas pesado el Tour, pero no podemos hacer nada.Tomamos nota de sus indicaciones para mejorar el servicio.

Toutes mes excursions ont été faites et payées par internet, très facile et super gentil, car j'ai posé beaucoup de questions. Et tout était parfait à l'arrivée ! Nous n'avons pas regretté et en plus moins cher qu'à l'hôtel. Encore merci !

Me & my partner both booked to go to "Selwo Marina" to see the 'dolphins'.
We booked it through a Betica Travel on the day we intended to go.
Cost €18 each and the guy in the shop who sold us the tickets assured us the shows were on regularly and lots to do and see
When we got there. We left the park after 7 minutes. We had walked around the entire park in the time and there was only a couple of birds to see with a 3 hr wait to see any show, such as dolphins or sea lions. We weren't willing to sit about and wait all day and felt it was a young kids park not a dolphin park,& that he'd completely miss sold it to us!
So after the 7 mins Inside we left the place and went back to reception and asked for a refund they said however we had to go back to him as we'd paid through his company.
So we did. The man was so so rude. He was very aggressively shouting and yelling at us. Saying he wouldn't do anything at all and threatening to call the police if we did not leave the store. I asked him to calm down. Stop shouting and being so rude and he didn't.
We eventually left but feel very robbed by this company. They're happy to take your money and miss sell you a product and the man is not a nice person at all. He himself said to us all he cared about was that he had the money not us. Even though we had been the ones loosing it and felt robbed by him.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

. When you went to the Dolphinarium they gave the activities schedule, but you returned to the Agency to ask money back ¿Why?. The Dolphinarium was called to enter to see the show but did not want to, you said that did not interest want the money back, with very bad manners. If the service is done we can not return the money, I'm sorry, but you threatened to boycott office and not allow other customers buying our services. Obviously the travel agent had call the police for this extortion, inmediatly you gone ¿Why?,¿why don´t ask for complaint sheets? .Always we help our costumers, we are open 34 years but in your case was imposible.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. We booked a taxi to take us to the airport for our homeward flight - AND PAID UP FRONT. We waited 35 minutes but no taxi came and their shop on the front where we booked was also closed, co we couldn't contact them. This cost us 57.60 euros, plus we had to then get another two taxis (6 of us) to take us instead, which cost us 50.11 euros and each of the taxi drivers gave us receipts so that we could claim the money back. So all in all this company cost us 107.71 euros.After three e-mails to the company in Benalmadena, we still have received no reply from them, despite my telling them that I have all the receipts regarding this. It has now been over three weeks since the incident and they haven't even had the decency to inform me that they've received my e-mails.

W rented an automatic, they promised us a car Renault Scenic or similar, not more than 2 years, we got a 7 seater Picasso, about 3 years. But they delivered the car to our apartment, and picked it up afterwards there. Even if we did not need a car of that size, the car functioned very good, we travelled about 700 km in 4 days. The rental agency was Larios. The prices ok for a service like this. Please remember full insurance, these cars are full of scratches.

Bonjour , J’ai payé 232 Euros pour excursion pour GRENADE, LE 11/08/2018, pour 4 personnes , avec l'agence Betica Travel de Torremolinos . Mais ma fille vendredi soir, le 10/08/2018 à 22h30 a glissé autour de la piscine et s’est fait mal au pied droit , elle avait mal et ne pouvait pas marcher , j’ai tel a l’agence Betica travel le 10/08/2018 a 23 H et personne n’a répondu , j’ai tel à l’agence samedi matin et la dame de l’agence , n’a rien voulu savoir ! MA FILLE N’A PAS PU FAIRE L’EXCURSION AINSI QUE SON AMIE QUI ETAIT AVEC NOUS POUR CE VOYAGE ET POUR CETTE EXCURSION, POUR NE PAS LAISSER MA FILLE SEULE A L’HOTEL . PAS DE REMBOURSEMENT MEME PARTIEL , pendant l’excursion la guide a parler de demi pension , j’ai demande a la dame de l’agence de me faire cadeau de la demi pension pour ma femme et moi soit 2fois 20 euros , soit 40 euros ; la dame de l’agence m’a dit NON ! JE NE COMPRENDS PAS CETTE ATTITUDE ANTI- COMMERCIALLE ,C’EST INADMISSIBLE CETTE ATTITUDE ; JE NE CONSEILLE PAS COSTAFRICA NI BETICA TRAVEL ! CES 2 SOCIETES SONT DE MAUVAISE FOI , au niveau commercial : ZERO ET AU niveau compréhension ils sont NUL ! JE ME SUIS FAIT ANARQUER ! !
