Outstanding service great bikes and just a pleasure to hire from . I have cycled all over Europe and South Africa and this is by far the best bike shop I have hired from . In addition to amazing bikes they are great people to hire from . I can speak highly enough about them . I had a great cycling trip in this area thanks to Fast Monkey.
I will be back again and again. :)

I've use fast monkey on my two occasions visiting the benalmadena area.
1st time 2019 when I had a mechanical issue on my own road bike, which they repaired immediately at a reasonable price.
2nd occasions September 2021 I rented a road bike as a walk in, was fitted and sorted with a bike within 15 minutes.
The bike was high spec, excellent condition and excellent value.
On both occasions the fast monkey team were extremely accomodating and their customer service was second to none.
Their service included information on routes and download routes onto your Garmin.
Nothing was too much trouble to the guys in Fast Monkey. I would highly recommend.

We were staying in Benalmadena & my sister's wheelchair had 2 flat tyres. We called into the new Benelmadena office to enquire if they had a bike pump we could buy to pump them up.
The staff took the chair & pumped both tyres up & refused to take any money from us.

Wij huurden 2 citybikes voor een dag. Ze waren in perfecte staat en het was een plezier om ermee te rijden, alleen harde zadel. Vriendelijk personeel en alles heel professioneel. Een aanrader !

I had booked my bike a few weeks in advance online and when I arrived at the store the bike was there, they put on my pedals and give info on the routes I could do and how to download the route files for my on-bike device. The bike was well maintained and a good quality Orbea.
