Comme je n'ai pas pu m'acheter un billet à prix normal, j'ai réservé une visite en groupe chez Guiasgranada (à ne pas confondre avec Guias DE Granada).Tres satisfaite de la visite guidée en français. La guide s'exprimait très bien en français, elle était sympathique et drôle, bien organisée.

La empresa FeeltheCity Tours, que nos hizo las delicias de la visita gratuita por Granada de 5 estrellas. Sobre todo el Guia que nos tocó en suerte (Marcos) excelente preparado simpatico y muy gracioso, se hizo muy ameno. RECOMENDADO 100%

La guía Cristina de Followme Granada fue excelente en la visita que hicimos al centro de Granada el 4 de junio del 2016. La visita fue del Coro de Ingenieros de Bizkaia

En busca de una buena experiencia en esta ciudad y queriendo una visita en la Alhambra con guía, contraté varios servicios con este operador, transporte desde el hotel a la Alhambra y viceversa, entradas, guía en español y baños hammam. Llegado el día de la visita, no aparece nadie en el hotel para trasladarme al monumento. Al tratar de comunicarme con la empresa a través de los números facilitados no obtengo respuesta. Intento contactar con la guía y tampoco hay repuesta. Esto me obliga a trasladarme a la Alhambra en taxi con el consecuente gasto y retraso; una vez allí la guía niega relación alguna con el operador de turismo. Siguiendo con los despropósitos, la visita en español terminó siendo bilingüe, recibiendo la información en español e inglés, pésimo servicio y grupo masificado.
En el momento de reclamar tampoco hubo suerte, solicité factura y a día de hoy no he recibido nada, solicité compensación por los gastos incurridos y por el dinero cobrado por los servicios no prestados y tampoco nada.
En resumen, no cumplen con lo contratado, una guía mala que no da la cara por la empresa que la contrata y un servicio malo, te dejan colgado sin poder contactar con nadie y cuando lo hacen pasan de todo aprovechando la distancia que la red da.

This is the second time that I take this tour, once in 2004 and again in 2011. Both times was very informative and well worth the price. However, this time we decided to take it as a daytrip from Malaga. The advertisement said “Panoramic Tour”; however, the van that we were in did not have large windows to see scenery from Malaga to Granada. It was a 22 passenger van, we were the “lucky” ones to have a seat in the back and we could not see a thing. Once we were in Granada, the guide took us around the city in the van, again, could not see anything. After lunch, we headed to La Alhambra and Generalife. This is the reason why we took the tour and this part of it was excellent! Lola, our guide, was great and took us walking to the main sights within the complex in about 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this tour if you are looking for visiting La Alhambra. To know the city of Granada, take another tour…

If you visit the Alhambra & Generalife, make sure you don't book through Guiasgranada (Granada Official Guides Group). It was the worst tour I ever experienced anywhere in the world. The guide was the most unknowledgable guide ever. He was not able to answer the simplest questions on use of particular rooms of the palace. He talked about 'Swedish concubines entertaining the sha with backgammon'... what an interesting approach! Some of the comments were even offensive to muslim group participants, which I found unacceptable. The guides were not only late and unfriendly, but also tried to sell us merchandise. It was definitely not a nice experience to wait outside a shop in 40 degrees celcius in order to talk group participants into buying woodwork and then rushing through the Generalife in 5 minutes.
Otherwise the Alhambra was a great monument to visit and we have beautiful memories of Granada.
Get up early and make the most of your visit of this fascinating place.
