상대적으로 관광객이 거의없는 아름다운 도시의 일부입니다. 특히 산타 마리아 앞 광장은 로마의 분수대에 레 피기를 자극 한 작은 카페와 아름다운 분수대로 사랑 스럽습니다.

With lots of people and government security (police/soldiers at major landmarks - metro) in the streets all day, it appears safe. I'll suggest you apply same safety rules you would anywhere in the world. I didn't notice any uncomfortable situation (even though I do not understand the language) throughout my stay and was out late (3 am most nights).

a few questions if anyone can answer please
Travelling to Rome this Sunday and I'm limited on the amount of luggage so just wondering if I'm best off bringing pants and long sleeved tops or dresses and a light jacket.
I'm staying in the monti region near the collosuemb and wondering what the area is like on a nighttime - it's my first visit to Rome and not sure if women get dressed up in heels or keep it casual and is it bars and clubs or restaurants
Any advice would be appreciated please thanks now advice

Monti is a great choice of location and has become quite the trendy place since I lived there in the '70s and '80s - quite a youngish crowd mostly. I would definitely go with comfortable shoes and layers as it is still quite warm here: short or sleeveless tops and various layers would be good. Enjoy!

You can dress up as you prefer. There could be some club or restaurant that require a specific dress code in certain luxury neighborhoods, you should ask about that. As already written by others, it isn‘t easy to walk on cobblestones in heels across the city center.

I am staying at Roman Empire guesthouse Via Cavour next month, and would like some advice please....we fly into Fiumcino on Fri night landing at 2050hrs, we intend to get a bus or train here to keep costs down. What time could we expect to get here and where would be good to head out for dinner?

The taxis have a fixed rate of (i think 49 euros) from airport into Rome. That way, depending on traffic of course, you could be at your guesthouse within half an hour. restaurants are open till late. Easiest might be to head into the Monti region where there are lots of restaurants. Im not sure where your guesthouse is so difficult to direct in more detail
