We had visited the Choco-Story museum in Bruges, Belgium, years ago and when we heard about the opening of its branch in Turin we were looking forward to revisiting it, especially now that we also have a child for whom it might be interesting.
The museum can only be visited with an audio guide included in the ticket price (Euro 12,00 for adults). The audio guide is placed on the numbered plates in the various rooms and the story is heard.
That's very interesting! It shows all the processes of cocoa processing, until the chocolate is obtained.
It's interactive and great fun, both for adults and children.
Towards the end of the route there are also small samples.
The route ends inside the nearby Pfatisch bakery.
The museum staff is very kind, both at the reception and at the exit.
We had not booked our tickets online but fortunately, with only a few minutes to wait, we were still able to get in.
NOTE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A STROLLER: there is an elevator that allows you to access the basement of the museum. However, the various rooms of the museum are not very large and the passages are a bit narrow so moving with the stroller is a bit difficult, especially if there are many visitors at that time.

A nice discovery in the streets of Turin at one of the most beautiful bakeries! Seen for the first time via a video on a social network, we decided to visit this museum that really amazed us. Small, but very accurate and with an interactivity given by the audio guides included in the ticket price that allow you to learn about the history of chocolate and its relationship with Turin without being heavy. Also suitable for children thanks to the play stations. Possibility to taste the delicious chocolate. Accessible with wheelchair. The staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended to everyone. Reservations are recommended especially on holidays.

It is a nice place, well maintained, I thought with good price, for 2 adults and one child we paid 32 euros.
Tours The museum with audio guide that is in several languages.
There is a place to taste chocolate, one to take a picture that comes to you by mail.
On your way out, you can grab a coffee or takeout chocolates.
I think it is worth visiting especially in winter when you have to look for activities with children.

cute museum, where you spend an hour in the company of the food of the gods, from discovery to the present day, interactive totems where you can answer questions and get points, small anecdotes about chocolate related to Turin and beyond, functional and simple audio guide even if you do not immediately find the numbers to scan

Thank you so much for this great experience!! The staff were very friendly and the museum itself was very well organized and put together in a user friendly and interactive way that also allowed me and my family to have lots of fun! I would definitely recommend this museum and shop to everyone because we had a great time!

Very nice and attractive even for the little ones. I just find that for certain visions, like the one we just entered, children have difficulty seeing them. You'd need footpegs or lower the tiles. Also the picture, beautiful , but too high for the little ones, 4/5 years. If they are not picked up they are not framed.

A real journey into the history of chocolate, many interactive activities and audio Guide very well done. There is a part with original factory machinery, some even active. The view lasts about an hour, at the bottom you can also taste three different types of chocolate. Also recommended for children, there are toys dedicated to them

I really liked this museum. The storytelling of the exposition was great, so were the installations and audioguide. The chocolate was delicious and the people that work there absolutely lovely. I definitely recommend if you want a relaxing and well put together hour. I can also imagine it is great for kids.
