“Very nice shop in Florence”

We have now purchased several items from this beautiful glass shop during our last 2 visits to Florence.

Their products are stunning, and practical. We purchased sets of drinking glasses that are works of art. Our last purchase was a wine decanter that has a beautiful set of graphics and colors. We love these items and use them all the time, and our guests frequently take note of their beauty.

Very nice shop in Florence

My wife and I stopped into GallettiShop because of its beautiful window display. We worked with three patient and kind store assistants and eventually bought a set of ceramics for a special birthday present for a relative. We then decided to buy an elegant bracelet for our 20-year-old daughter. There were a great number of items that we thought of purchasing and look forward to returning there when we get back to Florence.

In Firenze is everything so special. Finest art work in perfect areas, we got in the Gillette Aldemaro great goods for a fine price. It is such a pleasure going shopping in Florence with someone you love !

Walking past the shop, the window filled with glassware immediately caught our attention. They have beautiful stemware and glasses of all kinds. The service was excellent and shipping was not a problem.. .

This is a shoppers dream, full of wonderful glassware and gifts, so much to see and buy you will find it hard to stop. The assistants (possibly owners) are attentive but not pushy. Your purchases are wrapped beautifully and carefully so they will be safe in your luggage.

I had a very good experience with this store. While vacationing with my husband, this store was on the way to town and around the corner from our hotel. I purchased two beautiful very nique earrings (one as a gift). They were both nicely priced. Having returned to the US, I kept thinking of a pair I left behind. I got in touch with the owner, she photographed the cameo earrings I wanted, sent them to me, we went back and forth until I purchased them. They came quickly. She was wonderfu and helpful. I will return to Florence and return to her store!

A hidden gem of a shop

I say hidden, because I found it by accident. A delight of a shop selling hand made glass and other gifts. The owner is very helpful and very patient, and was knowledgeable about her products. The glassware and jewellery were exquisite. If I had room in my suitcase I could have maxed out my credit card in this place. Not to be missed.

Beautiful Glass and Helpful staff

Went to the smaller newly opened store and then to the larger one looking for a one off piece of bright Murano glass for our anniversary. We spent a long time with the very helpful staff and picked a perfect vase. They also had official Ferrari clothing so we got a T shirt as well. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Don't buy the jewellery until you try it on!

We purchased several items of Murano glass jewellery as gifts from the shop in Florence. Unfortunately, we did not try on the gift items ourselves and the salesclerk wrapped them up with ribbon ready to give away as gifts. Sadly, one of the bracelets had a faulty magnetic clasp that would not stay closed. I contacted the store via email to let them know. At first they seemed very helpful and told me they would replace the item. However, they dropped communication and have not replied to my various attempts to reach them. Therefore I would never buy from this vendor again nor risk purchasing from their online store.

Buongiorno, I know I am a little bit late, but I am not practise with tripadvisor and I didn't even know it was a "message" for us.
