On short notice (<24h) booked a tour for 8 work colleagues when I found out we had an afternoon free. Roger was a great trainer, and customized our tour. He kept track of us, kept us safe, and gave Unique tidbits we didn’t hear from other guides. Highly recommend!

It was easy to book on-line and the confirmation process was clear and concise.
Roger did a great job in making sure we were all ok to use the Segway before departing and did a superb job of navigating us through downtown Gent and making sure we didn’t get gnarled up in traffic situations. What to do around pedestrians and cyclists was made clear. We never felt unsafe once.
Roger had great local knowledge and history and spoke perfect English and with friendly and humorous disposition. It was a great afternoon.
A highly recommended way to see and get to learn something about one of the great Belgian cities.
