The afternoon tea was absolutely awful! The worst I have ever had! The clotted cream was frozen! Serrina was awful moody needs more customer service training. Sandwiches were soggy! Waste of money! Awful experience!

We walk our dog every morning in Sutton park. Stunning surroundings. The staff at the Bracebridge kiosk are so friendly and helpful. Great food and drinks any time of day. Highly recommended

still needs signs

As the previous reviewer says, there are inadequate facilities, toilets were still out of order over a month along the line. no directions as to where the pools were, part of the roads were closed due to the race for life taking place, which made it more difficult to find your way around. it was a lovely peaceful place if you discount having to avoid bike riders and dog walkers. a few of the gates said which entrance they led too, but no distances which would be useful, especially if you're no spring chicken.

We arrived full of expectation, to find the Visitor Centre closed, and the toilets out of order. I asked a member of staff if there were other toilets in the park and was told "No. But you could try the Costa Coffee nearby" Really? The park is very large, with numerous paths going in different directions. The next disappointment was the totally inadequate signage. There were very few maps and a total absence of colour coded route guidance posts. Quite frankly it was a shambles. The park has several lakes and lots of trees, but I would describe it as a dog walker's facility, rather than an interesting or scenic place to visit. The dogs of course did not have the same issues when they needed to relieve themselves.

it's more than a walk n the park

A delightful part of the country in the heart of the West Midlands. For those with an athletic spirit, an annual 10 km cross-country run visiting all 7 POOLS is held in early spring, The 7 Pools Run is a well organised and marshalled event raising funds for children's charities. I highly recommend a visit at this or any time of year.

Great park, beautiful one of the best parks I've been to for ages in Bham. Biggest park here and its wonderful I go there every week for a walk and I love the area and how local citizens are looking after the park as should every park.

Highly recommend if in Bham or Sutton Coldfield.

A great park for families and dog walks

Great park - huge expanse of green space, with water (pools and streams), beautiful woods, opens spaces, playgrounds and a few places for coffee and food too. Lots of wildlife to spot - including birds of pray. Plenty of paths, but great to get off the busier walkways too. In winter useful time wear wellies. Always loads of dogs being walked, both on and off their leads. The rangers and olunteers do a great job keeping everything clean and tidy.
