벨프리 골프 의 방문이 하룻밤에 선물을 저는 그렇게 실망시키지 않았다. Pga 내셔널 가 연주하는 첫 날과 둘째 날 brabazon. 이 문제는 아직 은 다른 과정 들 과 다른 존재 입니다. 이것은 실제 권한 재생하려면 brabazon 의 모든 역사의 라이더 컵. 벨프리 및 모든 시설이 아주 인상적인 경우, 중요한 것은 5성급 시설에, 우리가 만난 직원들은 모두 친절하고, 정중하고 효율적인. 매우 즐겁고 기억에 남는 체류 에 감사합니다.

한 골퍼가 쉽게 방문할 수 있는 모든 것에 대해 벨프리 골프. 그럼에도 불구하고, 지원 기능을 제공함으로써 서비스 방문 있는 골프, 비즈니스 미팅 및 성공적으로 로 기능적으로 사람들이. 똑같이 중요한 것은 호텔 시설. 방은 훌륭한, 잘 갖춰진, 따뜻하고 넓지 었습니다. 레스토랑과 음식은 최고의 시설이나 아침 식사는 용량 할당, 점심이나 저녁. 이 5성급 호텔은 모든 것이 정말 좋은 이유. 저는 제가 잘못 할 수 없어서 가까운 미래에 다시 방문 이 기대됩니다.

Would have be 5* were it not for surly staff on the servery

Had a lovely experience here, although one staff member was quite rude towards me, which was a shame because the rest were really lovely and attentive.
While in the restaurant, serving myself from the buffet, i placed the spoon in the ravioli dish with the handle rested on the side for the next person, or so I thought - I failed to notice that It had slid into the sauce.
The conversation with the buffet attendant went something like this
“Excuse me - you’ve just put the spoon handle into the sauce so the next person can’t use it!”
“Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t realise”
“Yeah, there’s always one!” (Looking very annoyed and agitated)
“Sorry, I didn’t notice it drop into the sauce”
“Well, that’s why there is a side dish!” (pointing to the dish on the side for the service spoon)
“Oh, sorry”
“It would have to be a man!”
… I walked away, to the table, a bit perplexed as to the way I’d just been spoken to.
My colleague that I was with joined me at the table and said “ blimey, what was his problem! I thought you were going to be wearing that ravioli! Someone got out of bed the wrong side!”
Other than this, the stay was really lovely, an immaculately kept hotel with excellent staff (except one).

Just been to the Belfry for a hen weekend! Wow wow everything was excellent from the reception to our departure. The accommodation was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The food was excellent especially the breakfast, cooked to perfection . Must give a big shout out to two members of staff, Linda the concierge who made us very welcome, took us to our room and explained everything from how to get the spa to informing us of the evenings entertainment. And Kate on reception as so welcoming and informative Had an amazing time 👏👏👏👏 the only downside to our stay was the extortionate bar prices, they were amongst the most expensive I have experienced this side of London. A little off putting but I guess with a captive market they can charge what they do.

All in all a great stay, will highly recommend this jewel 👏👏👏

Really enjoyed the spa stay here with friends, fire and ice experience was great, the food in the evening was delicious. I had a treatment by Lynette, she was absolutely brilliant! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and visit again soon 😊

We generally have our meetings here as it is convenient for all of to get to and the service we receive is superb!

Alyson & Michelle always remember us and look after us so very well!! Nothing is too much trouble and they are very professional & Courteous!

Highlight recommend the blissful pregnancy massage. Thanks to Sam B, I am now feeling much more relaxed and less tense during my third trimester. This experience alone is enough to return. Very warm and welcoming with expert knowledge. Sadly there were multiple children in the pool during our stay. We found it slightly difficult to relax round the pool while children were diving into the pool and extremely loud. Moreover, we were satisfied with this experience and will return.

Rooms need recamp

Not the luxury expected from 4 star hotel. Stayed in much cheaper hotels that had larger rooms more luxurious. Expensive and extra charge for gratuities we would have asked to be removed but didn't know they had been taken. Spent hour in pool area swam had sauna hot. Pool n relaxing area cold. Not enough milk. Toiletries non exisrant. Staff were amazing and the ryder grill could not be faulted.

Overpriced & overcrowded

£20 for a large glass of house rose & half a lager is beyond extortionate. The drinks prices in this place are a step above even the likes of 5 star hotels & spas such as Hoarcross Hall.
The queue for breakfast on both Saturday & Sunday morning was, frankly, appalling. Though the actual wait time wasn't too bad, to be stood in a queue far down the corridor, hearded along like cattle & then have 100s of people walking past where you are sat eating, isn't what I expect from a weekend spa costing over £1,000.
The treatments we had were good, the staff were friendly & our suite was great.
The food & facilities were average for the price & coupled with the drinks prices & sheer over population of the venue affecting various aspects...we won't be returning. In the belfrys case - the standard doesn't meet the price.

Nice hotel, bit pricy

Attended a work conference with an over night stay. The conference facilities are amazing. Everything ran smoothly, very professional, staff were very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, clean & welcoming.

The drinks are very expensive £11 for a medium glass of wine for example. The food for both the conference buffet lunch and evening meal were lovely - great vegan options for anyone interested.

Bedroom was a bit underwhelming, I believe some of the rooms were lovely but the one I was in was in a separate building to the main hotel - I was expecting something a bit special for the £234 price tag. I appreciate that it comes with 3 golf courses but if that’s not why you’re there that’s a bit irrelevant. That being said, it was clean and the bed was comfy, walk in shower was OK, no bath. I found it a bit dark for getting ready to go out, maybe could have done with a bit of extra lighting and no curtain at the window meant you had to have to blind fully down to get dressed making it even darker.

Breakfast was good, loads of options in a nice relaxed setting.

Loads of parking.

SPAR EXPERIENCE

A group of us went for the Spar experience it was AMAZING! the Spar staff were brilliant VERY welcoming, polite and friendly. the massages were Awesome it deffo helped me to zone out Thankyou to Katie G who did mine she was BRILLIANT . The fire and ice experience was very nice and calm deffo one to experience just alone to the Spar staff and massage ladies I will rate them a 5 for excellent.
HOWEVER....
The Cafe staff wasn't very welcoming quite miserable to be honest wouldn't hurt to crack a smile now and then. We booked in for afternoon tea and our table was very rocky we told a member of staff about it, she seemed annoyed that we told her and when she went to tell the lady at the till she made a face as in get over it. We where moved to a better spot but they seemed annoyed and None of them came back to ask if everything was ok not even a smile. The food was yummy, scones were warm and delicious 😋, cheese scones would be a nice addition to balanced out the variety as there was more sweet then savoury to eat so it does feel abit sickly as in sweet overload.

Facilities are good but it's a big hotel so there was alot of people it's not great to have to wait to use the steam, sauna and jacuzzi or just to have a lie down. Also being a group of girls with colour we did get ALOT of stares from the white folk which was annoying and intimidating this made us feel uneasy and not able to fully relax and enjoy the experience, but this behaviour is not surprising as it is the Midlands.
If we hadn't experienced the negatives this would deffo have been rated 5.
