Try before I buy!

We hired two different styles of bike as I was interested in buying one for myself, and particularly a Cube bike, but not sure which type I preferred and wanted a day using one first. The service we received was brilliant and friendly and relaxed. The bikes were really good up to date models and in great order. We took the bikes to the Macclesfield Forest area and cycled various tracks and roads around there and then rode to Pym Chair at the top of the Goyt Valley which was a really steep climb but easily manageable on these bikes and then all the way through the Goyt Valley and back to Macclesfield via the Cat and Fiddle Road. Overall had a fantastic day. Cheshire Ebikes has been a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Brilliant bikes, service and day's cycling.

My wife and I hired 2 types of Cube Hybrid Touring bikes for a full day's cycling in and around Tatton Park and the surrounding Mobberley area. Phil spent plenty of time with us in the morning so we could choose and set up the bikes for our correct sizes (even changing seats to suit our requirements). The bikes were perfect for an excellent day's gentle cruising both off-road and on some quiet country roads. Unfortunately the weather turned in the late afternoon so our last half hour's ride was in the pouring rain. Even though we returned soaked through, we arrived back with huge grins on our faces, and received another warm welcome, this time from Andrew. Even though late in the afternoon and with the rain still falling, Andrew spent further time with us checking everything had worked OK and we'd enjoyed our day out (which we had, tremendously). Andrew then allowed us briefly to test other bikes for future suitability. Overall an excellent, professional and perhaps most importantly a very friendly service. Just a brilliant day out - our thanks to both Phil and Andrew.

Touring the Distilleries of Islay and the surrounding Islands

I would not hesitate to recommend Cheshire eBikes, the service and support was second to none for a Cube Reaction 500 that was hired for a 1 week long tour of the Whiskey Distilleries on Islay and the surrounding islands. The bike was more than capable of delivering 40 miles day which enabled me to enjoy such a tour at 60 years of age.
Cheshire eBikes delivered the bike and provided all the required accessories, including a helmet, lock and maintenance box all of this inclusive in the rental.
A great company that delivers the highest standards of service at a personal level.

3 hour ebike experience

We hired these bikes today for 3 hours from Phil. The service was excellent and bikes were brilliant.
We travelled around the area and the bikes made the hills so easy. We did 25 miles and nice coffee stops along the way.
Would definitely hire again for an afternoon.
So easy online and Phil kept contact right up to handing the bikes back.
Well done and thank you so much !!!!

It was our first cycling trip for a few years and the electric bikes were brilliant.

Professional, really helpful and friendly service. Clear instructions all the way through from booking on line, to collecting and returning the bikes. Had a great experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely be hiring ebikes with these guys again in the future.

We tested the bikes cycling from Macclesfield into the Peak District - Brickworks, Windgather, Goyt, Cat and Fiddle - and the bikes were more than up to it! Bikes were delivered (and collected) on time and we got all the instruction we needed by Phil and his team. All very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great day out.

Highly recommend Cheshire e-bikes.

Cheshire e-bikes came to the rescue when the bike I was due to borrow for a trip to Wales broke. Friendly efficient service from when they dropped the bike off to when they picked up on our return. Excellent communication from start to finish - I even understood how to remove and put back the tyre to transport in my car! Great value for money too and highly recommend drop off service which saved us an hour on our journey. And last but by no means least a lovely e-bike 😊.
