Chicca made our trip through Tuscany truly unforgettable! She first took me and my husband on a food and wine tour throughout the area and it was incredible. She gave us so much knowledge of the land, food, and wine. It was so relaxing as we did not have to worry about anything, Chicca planned and organized everything!!
Chicca invited us to join her at her home the next day for a cooking class. When we arrived it was as if we had come to a friends house, she was so welcoming and her home is absolutely beautiful with a nice kitchen and incredible garden and backyard. The class was so much fun and the meal was delicious! We had a great time cooking, eating, and talking of our different life experiences. Chicca has an incredible story and is an absolute pleasure to spend time with.
If you are in the area you have to plan a cooking class or tour with Chicca! It was such an intimate, unique experience and was worth every penny.

Chicca's Cooking Club has been one of the bright spots during the Covid pandemic shut downs in our lives. The zoom classes are well-thought out and you receive thorough preparation notes, videos and preparations prior to each class. Chicca teaches her homemade Italian classics that brings her little slice of Italy into your kitchen. Members have the flexibility to follow along with Chicca, Jedd and Michelle, the moderators or watch the recorded sessions later at your convenience. We share cooking notes from folks all over the world on Chicca's private Facebook page providing tips and tricks and what worked and what didn't. We knew the recipes would be delicious. We didn't know the community would be so warm and a source of delight for us every two weeks. She offers seasonal classes that covers 6 different sessions/season. You can download the recipes from the members page and watch the videos for a refresher on your favorite recipes. It's been the best prescription for us during these crazy times.

In the time of Covid, it was wonderful to have a travel experience without leaving home. I joined Chicca's cooking club to get some sights, sounds, tastes and smells of Italy. Over three months, my travel bug was tickled and my taste buds satisfied. Chicca's pre-class communication was well prepared and easy to follow. Recipes were tasty, flexible and a reminder that it is easy to cook with seasonal and local ingredients. The virtual cooking lessons were a great way to learn more about Italian cuisine. And, the ultimate results a pleasure to share with my family. Now, I can't wait to take a lesson with Chicca in her own home sometime in the future.

Chicca has a lovely home in the Tuscan countryside where she teaches healthy tasty Italian cooking from her home kitchen. She teaches & cooks seasonally & locally but allows maximum flexibility in her recipes, so that everyone from everywhere can be successful in her online cooking classes.

Chicca’s cooking classes have inspired me to expand my culinary repertoire. Her classes are so much fun and so informative. My husband & I have cooked together during her classes and have turned them into “romantic date night”. I highly recommend her classes in person or online.

Lively, personable Chicca gave a fun online cooking experience using fresh, simple ingredients. You realize that the very best of Italian cooking is the fresh, simple ingredients prepared in a simple way. Chicca gave us a wonderful virtual tour of her home, garden and kitchen and we can't wait to go visit her in person! Grazie for the delicious recipe and the amazing , virtual Tuscan sunset!!

This was a virtual experience which was very enjoyable. If I ever get to Tuscany, I will definitely try to get the first hand experience. Chicca was very friendly and personable. I loved every minute of my experience and look forward to the opportunity to learn more from her!!

Chicca’s online cooking classes are excellent! I have taken in-person & online cooking classes in several countries including Morocco, France, Italy, and Ireland. Her style of Tuscan cooking is healthy, fresh, and very satisfying. Her Pasta e Fagioli recipe is by far the best I have ever made. Her classes are easy to follow and the recipes are concise and clear. I love her gnocchi class... yum!

Chicca and her team are incredible hosts. They know exactly where to take you in the area for the best meals, steaks and wines. They booked us in the cutest bed and breakfast which has incredible breakfast. Our cooking classes with chicca were out of this world! Incredible trip!
