After my wife worked today I decided to spend a relaxing day with our children (2&4 years old) at Stubenbergsee, which we visit often throughout the year. Shortly before 10.00 we reached the parking lot (beach bath2) paid for a day parking ticket and set off with the scooters of the kids to the box office where we again paid for a day entrance - so far so good, familiar procedure. The question about the receipt I denied as I am not a friend of the outdated paper hoarding and have never used this piece of paper for whatever purpose.
Immediately we went to the great playground and had a really funny rest of the morning, which we concluded with a cozy lunch at the barbecue room. Afterwards we grabbed the scooters and the backpack with the necessary children's things (water, snacks, changing clothes etc.) to take a walk or ride scooters. At about sea star, my 4 year old daughter had to go to the bathroom. Since I didn't know how much longer she could hold it, I decided to go to the toilet directly at the next cash desk. After a lap around the building we noticed that the toilet (whatever) could only be reached from the outside, so I asked the young lady at the cash desk via the side window if we could please "just go quick lulu" which she said yes to. So I pushed the small fence aside a bit to visit the wet rooms with the kids. After everything was done we entered the area again on the same path and went back towards the theme park. After a few meters, a member of the staff of the facility stopped me and asked me to point at my ticket as he saw us entering the area next to the cash register. After I tried to explain that I have no note with me but can show a valid parking ticket at the parking lot and we only wanted to visit the toilet, he wanted to expel us again research the leisure complex. My daughter, who immediately noticed everything, started crying scared and moved away from us together with the little one, which of course put additional pressure on me (lakeshore, many people etc) . As a result, I also left the situation around my children, loaded with backpack, 2 helmets and two scooters to catch up so that nothing happens. After I had calmed down as equal we entered so as not to let the day spoil us nor the amusement park to ride with the equipment there where we again let another servant, who was a bit friendlier/professional, talk. To him I explained again the situation that the little one also could not keep her urination forever and that we had therefore visited this toilet on the said ways, as well as that we paid all the fees. Then he let go of us and we started our journey home completely unnerved, the mood and our day was ruined. Too bad about a supposedly nice day at the otherwise beautiful complex.
Dear people, please keep all the slips of paper and if they were just going from shitting to the uncouth staff with this part who think they are the financial police and disregard the needs as well as dealing with present toddlers, is not good eating cherries!
At least this year Stubenbergsee no longer sees me and my family, but there are enough other great leisure activities in the region!

Rip-off parking 1€ per hour, entrance 6,50€ per person, gives only day tickets.
In bad weather and 15 degrees.
Was with my son 1 hour at the playground then came the rain.
Paying almost 10€ for it is rip-off.

We were there as a group during a lake visit. The youth hostel on the lake was absolutely top notch in every respect, the lakeside path was very beautiful and so was the surrounding area. Very nice playground and swimming area, unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the lakeside path and that is a big minus for dog owners, which is why I probably wouldn't go on holiday here privately. Since we lived on the lake, we didn't have to pay parking fees or admission, which would be added for non-residents and that would only be worth it to a certain extent for a trip.

We just love this lake. We've been going there for years and it's always great. With the card you can do lots of other things.
The only really stupid thing about the area is that all the bars, except the beach bar, close at 8 p.m. I can't understand that

Hunde unfreundlich, nicht zu empfehlen, für Hundebesitzer, man kann nicht mal am See spazieren gehen, überall ausserhalb und im Hotel sind Hunde erlaubt, am See der wichtigste, nicht mal getragen darf er werden, man bekommt sofort eine Geldstrafe
So schön ist es dann dort auch wieder nicht, ausserdem viel zu teuer, man muss Eintritt zahlen, wenn man auch nur zum Kinder Funpark gehen möchte oder mit dem Rad um den See fahren möchte.

Wir hörten bisher nur immer Lob für die gepflegten Anlagen und WCs am Stubenbergsee. Daher würden wir gerne konkret wissen, welche Toilette Sie wann als ungepflegt erlebten, um Abhilfe zu schaffen.
