This is really wonderful place. There are so many rides, from rides for small babies to rides for adults. You will feel like you are really in Winter time. You can play different games for winning prizes. Me I enjoyed riding with splashing water. However during peak season, you have to wait long lines to get the rides. However, atmosphere is so amazing , you will be thrilled by this wonderland park.

Perfect day out with family.
The kids loved it, plenty of ride options for all ages.

I am a 45-year-old South African woman with a congenital amputation of the right forearm. I possess a valid driver's license and have been driving since the age of 18. On Thursday evening, my friends and I purchased Winter Wonderland tickets in Doha, Qatar, at a cost of QAR 250 each. Upon attempting to participate in the bumper car rides, I was informed that I could not do so due to being classified as special needs.
Despite expressing my understanding of the situation without causing a disturbance, the attendant escalated the matter, insisting on contacting his supervisor and subsequently involving higher management. When a representative finally approached us, instead of addressing me directly, they spoke exclusively to my friends, seemingly underestimating my ability to comprehend the conversation due to my missing forearm.
The entire incident left me feeling unjustly treated and discriminated against, solely based on the congenital absence of my forearm. I wish to highlight that I have previously visited Doha Quest without encountering any issues and experienced excellent service throughout.
Regrettably, the response to the situation was further marred by reluctance to promptly refund the ticket fees. Despite our request for an immediate refund, we were repeatedly encouraged to utilize the funds for food or downgrade our ticket, which, considering the circumstances, was an unwelcome suggestion. Eventually, all four tickets were refunded, albeit after a waiting period of four days.
I am deeply disturbed by the lack of sensitivity and understanding demonstrated at Winter Wonderland. Such discrimination is unacceptable, and the overall experience has left me profoundly disappointed. I have no intention of returning to this establishment, and I am compelled to share my negative experience with others

Big crowd control issue. Rude teens physically shoving in front of families in queues; staff don’t do anything they turn a blind eye to it. Expensive games. No where to sit when you need to eat. Hot chocolate ran out in first 2 hours. Exiting the island takes near an hour if you leave when the park closes; again expect lots of rude disrespectful people pushing in front of you. The rating had a 1 because 0 isn’t an option. Staff need training and authorities need to support exiting the car park. Truely awful. Don’t go. (Went 24 dec 2023).

My kids (ages 3, 7 and 10) loved the rides. Some rides have height limit so my youngest son had to be either accompanied by his father or not admitted at all.
We visited when the amusement park was open only for Eid holidays. It’s already hot at daytime when it opened around 4pm. Nevertheless, my kids had so much fun.
We shall be back during winter season.

The place opens at 4 pm until 0030 on weekends. There is enough rides if you are above 120cm but you will still find some options between 90-120 cm but adults might need to accompany the kids. There is hardly anything for below 90cm. For kids below 120 around 5-6 rides are worth it rest are all for even little kids. Being in doha things are generally not crowded and it's the same here though some of the highlight rides like the roller coster, free fall will have long waiting time especially the long roller coster.
There are alot of games and activities inside, most of the activities will cost you around 30 riyals but yes it's not very difficult to win though so you may definitely win something.
There are quite alot of eating joints there and you also have an option of ordering through Talabat which is one of the sponsors I believe.
The place is easily approachable and has some parking space. Though it can get crowded at the closing time
All up the place is a good one day excursion but they are a fraction more conservative when it comes to the height requirements for rides when you compare it to the amusement parks around.

A normal park. Nothing special. I can say even Less rides than usual.
2 lines in waiting areas for the rides: one for poor people and one for vip..
food extra spicy.
But the worst part is the exit from the island. I did the mistake of leaving close to closing time.. big mistake!!
All the vip’s have drivers with cars that are blocking the road. No police or any autority to take action. 2 hours I waited blocked in the first parking located next to the park.

Lusail winterland is any adrenaline junkies dream come true. 🤎I did 28 rides in total and let me tell you it’s with the money. I highly recommend you guys to get the unlimited rides which is 322QR per person and cheaper that paying for each rides. Don’t forget to try Shamal ride it gave me the most adrenaline. Have fun and enjoy. 😃🤸🏽♂️
