It’s amazing the decor is fantastic when the sun is beeming you feel like your abroad and also inside looks great now even for drinks in the winter. It really cheers me up this place we have been all over and never found a bar like this love the music cocktails are the best in uk by far we got very tipsy 😁 love all the staff especially the owner always makes us laugh can’t wait to go back love west bay and this bar makes it for us everytime we visit love it 😍

Mark was amazing, very approachable and customer focused he was that friendly we thought he was the manager/owner we was disappointed to find out he was neither, he needs a promotion he would take this bar far unlike the current manager who is not friendly or approachable

We are so grateful for taking the time to write your positive reviews , of course we know of Marks strengths in his position , I personally picked him for his roll , I try and instil to all of the staff to be customer focused , as for Victoria , it’s been a hard year for her coming back from illness and the complexity of her stoke , she is another important cog , as she trains all the staff in their rolls .
So glad you enjoyed your holiday and the Tiki Bar and hope to see you again

Very quirky bar the decor and atmosphere is amazing ,very good and large cocktails .definitely worth another visit .

First visit to tiki bar and I was very impressed. It feels like you’re abroad and the cocktails and mocktails are lush. Beautiful setting and great service from Mark :)

Went to West Bay for a drink tonight. Tried Rise but was full. Then visited all the other pubs before we stumbled across the Tiki Bar. We hit the jackpot.
Having visited all the pubs and bars in West bay in the space of half an hour this is the best. Really genuine, fantastic service, chilled vibe and the best Mojito cocktail I have ever been served. No food but a great bar . Amazing cocktails a real difference from the routine of pub grub and a few pints.

WOW what a review, thank you so much. Myself and Steve are truly humbled. I personally take great pride in the cocktails we offer and it takes a lot of hard work to get them right. We truly appreciate your kind word, we told the team this morning and they were so happy, thank you! This makes our hard work worthwhile especially since being named in the 10% worldwide attractions of the best place to be. We may be small but we are mighty!

West bay is lovely and lovely we happened upon this bar as it was buzzing and people were enjoying a drink in colourful surroundings so we went in it was so lovely nice music nice staff very organised polite the cocktails were fab and good value I don’t drink but ordered my lady a sunshine but I had a mocktail such a good selection of drinks

Once again we came back to The Tiki Bar for the third year running! Best cocktail bar by far. Really friendly staff. Great cocktails, very wide choice!

Brilliant menu which caters for all, plenty of mocktail choices (which my kids loved!) and amazing cocktail list. Frozen passion fruit daiquiri was my fave! Decor inside and out is incredible. Very instagrammable!! Service excellent throughout our visit.
