Too high expectations to the place

Visited Land's End after St.Michael's Mount. Had a very specific aim to see the sunset. We decides to talk to Sennan Cove, while waiting for the sunset to have dinner. Left the car at the Land's End car park and walked what meant to be a pleasant and short 1.6 miles scenic rout to Sennan. It wasn't at all. It felt that that path took at least 10miles of climbing with truly beautiful views (but a little depressing in my opinion). The footpath was pretty difficult for myself ( while 6.months pregnant but with good fitness level, I still struggled). The worst part was the path to Sennan coastline, very very steep. We had to take a taxi back to Land's End after finally finding a place to eat ( there are literally only 2 places: fish and chips shop , which ran out of fish and shortly while we were queuing ran out of pretty much any food, and a pub further down the coastline). If you have any restrictions to your ability to climb very steep paths, do not sign yourself for this "adventure" :)
My partner has really enjoyed this adventure.
We were so exhausted from this "short walk", so once we've returned to Land's End car park by taxi we drove straight back to our hotel in Newquay as decided not to wait for the sunset.

Lovely walk from Sennen to Land’s End with stunning views.

Experience marred by having to keep watching your feet due to the dog mess everywhere. Such inconsiderate dog owners. Counted 12 piles of excrement per mile on average. 😡

Stunning sea views

We walked along the coast path to Lands End and beyond. We discovered the farm nearby with llamas, sheep and geese on the pond. We met a pirate and his cat and an artist who both advised us to walk along the path to see the stunning views. We were not disappointed and saw the arch in the paintings in the studio.

Magnificent views

Not for the faint hearted but the views, across the cliffs and over the sea, from this part of the path are magnificent. This is especially true when the sun is beginning to set. Dress well, though, because, when the wind is blowing, it can get quite chilly.

This cliff walk is certainly worth doing. The views of the coast and ocean are amazing. Beautiful area to explore. Unspoilt.

Land's End - Attracts a lot of visitors

The weather at Land's End can be very changeable. We were lucky as it was a sunny, dry, warm Saturday morning.

The views out to sea are great and this is a very pleasant walk.

Land's End itself is a tourist trap and not to everyone's taste, but one can buy snacks and drinks there.

Lovely walk

The most gorgeous coastal path to lands end. Took less than an hour. Probably an hour and a half there and back. Lovely views and great in good weather. Once we got to lands end we found out you had to pay £10 to take a photo with and change the sign to where you live, as well as £4 ice creams each! Take plenty of snacks and water with you.

A great walk

We parked along the coastal path at Gwynver Beach Car Park which was less expensive (£4 all day) and walked to it to take in the scenery. Lands End itself feels quite built up with places to eat, drink and even a hotel which is all great but quite expensive. There is a gift shop to buy your usual bits like magnets, keyrings, tea towels, etc but it was disappointing to find that the famous land mark/sign is actually roped off and they charge for you to have your pictures taken beside it. They do this so that you can have your own message added to it but if you don't want to do this, you just have to take a picture of it on its own.
We got a pastie and a drink from the kiosk which was open and they had a few snack options to choose from but again, not the cheapest prices so if your visiting on a budget, or have a few in your group, maybe pack a picnic and plan ahead. Good thing was, they've plenty of areas to sit and a play area for kids.
