Hi Mike, Thank you for taking the time to write a review after your email was received. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the sights of K’gari (Fraser Island). As explained in my email – our fleet is older than normal but perfectly comfortable. As a business, we are still recovering from the pandemic and building up our fleet again (which is more than halved due to Covid-19) but this takes a bit if time. On brighter note, we are investing in a newer fleet for the upcoming seasons which should improve the comfort immensely. We are currently using a replacement 4WD so that we can still run while our other Warrior Vehicle is out of action for maintenance work. Our 1 Day Trip departing from Noosa is the most popular option we offer to visit to Fraser Island as it is perfect for those travellers that are on a tight budget or have a limited time to explore this destination. If you ever come back to the Fraser Island Coast - I do recommend spending a few days on the island to explore which should improve your overall experience. I wish you a safe & onward journey.

Hi Renan, Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues accessing a refund for a cancelled tour with us. I have contacted Beatriz directly and your refund has been processed in full. I would like to politely ask if you wouldn't mind removing the 4 reviews from Trip Advisor that you and your group have put up - those comments are extremely damaging for a small business and although we have had delays with refund timeframes, it was never our intention to cause any upset or stress - your money was always going to be refunded, however we have just unfortunately had a lot of refunds to process due to the ongoing pandemic and floods in the area.
