Rang three times only to get answering machine message.No return call received.Even booking agency in town couldn’t get through.
Went to another company and had a great time.
As we went to board our other boat,Fishing Whitsundays was moored next door..I didn’t bother to tell them what happened.
Could of been a problem with a phone company ...but

Absolutely fantastic seafood.
While staying at Big4 Whitsundays
Fishi had a truck come to offer all there great seafood range, so we took the opportunity to order a platter for 2, which had made a delivered to us back at the park.
Fantastic service amazingly fresh seafood.
A must do if your at the Whitsundays.
Highly Recommend.

The guys at Fishing Whitsundays were so fantastic! We had two other charters cancel the day before and then the morning of, but the guys at Fishing Whitsundays help us out of our bind. Skipper Dave was great! Took us to as many spots possible to make sure we could catch something decent. For our first ever fishing charter it was a great day. Thank you Jules and Dave for a great day and we hope to visit airlie and Fishing Whitsundays again soon!

Dave and the gang were amazing.... very friendly, making us feel like family. We were catching fish non-stop and even caught our dinner. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone... at any skill level. Thanks for the amazing time, it was well worth it.

Had wonderful experience fishing Friday morning with really good company on the boat. Dave was brilliant making sure everyone had great time especially a birthday boy. JAZ lovely lady made the transfers comfortable really enthusiastic girl. Caught loads of fish. Such a good time I went again the next morning,this me we fished off Hook island bigger fish and had then prepared and cooked at Fish Devine. What a way to finish a great day . As I said it was the best.

We went, two adults and a 10 year old girl. Despite having some pretty good downpours after sunshine we had a great day. As pretty much a novice at fishing, we caught sweetlip, red emp and coral trout as well my daughter catching a massive catfish (see photo). Only 8 people on the trip with a great skipper - it was also good to hear that two of our trip lived two hours away and were returning only 3 months after their last trip.

We had such an amazing day! Going in as two young girls with minimal experience, we really appreciated never being made to feel like idiots, but also receiving as much help and attention as was needed :) Dave was great, and created a really laid back, fun atmosphere. Had a few big catches for the day, and despite neither of us being fish eaters, we ate our entire mackerel prepared by fish d'vine! Thanks for the tip Dave, it was delicious! We were a little nervous before pick up, but as soon as we saw Jas our nerves were calmed and we were soon super excited thanks to her enthusiasm! We had an absolutely amazing day and would definitely recommend :)

I can understand it being bad luck with weather and king tides, but when you can't even leave the bay to go fishing probably shouldn't even bother.. Could of at least gone a little further than that. Would have gone that far in a tinny. Another thing that was wrong was the state of the gear. Didn't even look like the gear was maintained or even washed after use. Or that the fact that one of the bail's on the eggbeater outfit fell apart and the butt of the rod slipped off and fell in the water..Also get some swivels and leader so your monofilament line doesn't twist and give you a birds nest every time you let line out. Get some squid for bait as well it will stay on for longer and save you some cash.

We went out 2 days in a row and the wind was blowing pretty hard but Dave the skipper had good local knowledge and was able to hide out of it and find some good spots to fish. It's a good charter for people of all levels of experience, I fish weekly and had a ball out there chasing the Mackerel. We then anchored over a reef and everyone on the boat caught themselves a nice dinner. Jazz is lovely and dropped us home both days and you can tell Dave really cares about the fish and ensures everything undersize is released safely. Good fun morning and a must do while in the Whitsundays.
