Dear Sir, I would to like response to your recent review regarding an unfortunate situation that occured on your recent visit to my Spa, please allow me to clarify and explain in more detail what actually happened on that Sunday evening September 29. Your appointment was at 1.00pm but we arrived at 12.30pm.At 12.30pm unfortunately we were fully booked so my staff invited you to wait in the spa for 30 minutes and in the waiting time we offered you couple of cold tea and cold towel as normal. My staff also invited you to take off your shoes and wear our indoor shoes as our traditional step at the check-in. The shoes are kept in safety place outside the door under control of my staff, then my staff will give you back the shoes at the end of massage. Regarding the manager in charge at that day no excuses but I really want you know that she has been already fired 10 days before your visit, Unfortunately Thai law's imposition she had to work for other 15 days after we consigned her the firing letter. Under Ministry of Labor of Thailand direction the staff can't be fired at the some day but we have to report the case to the Labor union and then give 15 days period time before we can really fire finally the staff. In the law she had to work for us until 5th October 2019. Unfortunately this is the Thai law and i have to respect it. For the payment usually we always collect the money after the massage except if we have just 1 receptionist at desk instead 2 (That day our second receptionist was sick) and if the spa are fully booked. We got few problems in the past years where many customers (specially in high season) after massage forget to pay the service, so this problem becomes often and to protect our business we decided to collect the money as every spa in Thailand doing before massage. Any way i respect your comment and I apologize that in this case we did not meet your satisfaction and hope that you will re-visit us in the future and allow us the opportunity to serve for you again with my new manager in change from 5th October 2019.
