We have received this information from you a few times: * First, you contacted your receptionist to call us, and our team has checked with guide, driver and local services wherever you have been throughout your day includes restaurant, Cu Chi tunnels area, a few places around the city tour (5 different places). Then we called to your hotel to confirm that we didn't find it because it was a long day from 7am to 7pm and you have been to many different places, so we don't know where you had lost your wallet. * Then, you sent exactly this message to our email and our Operation Manager, tour guide came to your hotel and meet you in person to get more information. * Now, we received this message from this forum. However, please kindly understand for us because you have moved from place to place during the day and when you finished your tour, our guide did ask you to check all belongings before leaving the bus.
