Kompleks ini merupakan tempat perbelanjaan Big C Supermarket. Memang tempatnya cukup besar tapi tidak cukup banyak ada restoran internasional selain beberapa cafe dan restoran. Tempat ini cukup ramai dan banyak dikunjungi orang lokal.

地図が間違ってます。実際にはもう少し北側でHung Vuong通りとBa Trieu通りの角にある。
2,3階には大型スーパー「Big C」が入っていて、食料品の品揃えが豊富で安い。荷物になると思いながらも、ついつい買い込んじゃいました。4階には映画館とフードコートもあるし、ロッテリアやKFCもあり、気軽に旅行者も利用できる。

There is another supermarket / shopping center in town but this place is definitely larger. The quality of the merchandise at the anchor store Big C I find to be low. You can find some quality Japanese and Korean brands here though. Good place to shop for foods. I like buying my alcohol here. They have some popular brands at a low price. Top floor houses a food court and a cinema. The cinema is kind of unusually designed where as people enter the theater right below the screen. People are always coming and going and lots of light comes in. It does get more newer Western releases than Starlight which is better designed and located at the Co-op Mart. Phong Phu Plaza also houses a KFC and Lotteria. The best thing about this place is you can be assured you're paying the same price as everyone else.

For a good summary about the Big C please read the review below since I believe it sums it up.
We went to the cinema and it was an all right experience. They insists on blasting the volume to the limit though which made me wish I had brought some earplugs. They sold popcorn but only sweetened which is the popular ones in Vietnam. Apart from that I had a great time!:)

フエにある大型ショッピングセンターです。中核となっているスーパーのbigCで様々な食品、衣料品、雑貨が手に入ります。また、ロッテリアやKFCなどチェーン店も入っており、観光客でも気軽に食事が可能です。衣類について、旧市街などで安く変えますが、値札がついているbigCの方が、気軽に変えて安心です。その分、割高ではあります。また、他の方のコメントにもある通り、バックを持ち込む際に、ビニール袋にいれる必要があり、少し面倒です。
最上階には映画館もあります。このフロアのベトナムコーヒーは安くてそこそこの味で時間を潰すのに丁度良いでしょう。

This complex houses the Big C Supermarket, and it's by far the biggest in the area and possibly the only real supermarket in Hue.
The place was packed when we went there. The Big C stretches over two floors, with the groceries on the second floor and the clothing and apparel taking up the whole of the third floor. They have a crazy system of security that has to be seen to be believed. First you have to leave your bag with a security checkin on the first floor. If you are shopping for food (as most people are) you must then travel to the second floor, do your shopping and proceed to checkout on the third floor. Then you must carry your shopping back to the first floor to retrieve your bag.... truly crazy.
We came here hoping to find some good international restaurants but we were badly disappointed. There is really nothing worth mentioning. A Kentucky Fried and a coffee shop in the gaming area where the noise is unbearable.
Don't bother coming here unless you are desperate for shopping. I will give it three stars because it's the only proper supermarket in the whole district
